The staff was very polite, friendly, helpful, and caring. I felt very comfortable. Even though I was feeling horrible, they were still able to make me laugh. They were very personable. My symptoms were all over the place, but the staff took the time to hear me out and allowed me to explain exactly what I was feeling. They were great.

I've been going here for a while now and I like it a lot. My experience's have been that they actually listen to what I say my symptoms are before they start trying to diagnose me. I'm in and out fairly quickly, under 30 minutes in most cases and that's very important to me, as my time is valuable too. I hate going to a doctor's office and they take their time seeing you. You set an appointment and they're late calling you most of the time and it's no issue to them if you have to sit 30 minutes waiting on them but God forbid if you're running a few minutes behind. This place here so far has been great.

Excellent service. I was able to register online, set an appointment and was seen in less than 30min after walking through the door. I knew what labs I needed it and they did not hesitate to get them. My results came back less than an hour. With that being said, they have great medical care when you need it.

Registered online! Didn’t have to wait long! They got me in and evaluated me pretty quick! Was very helpful and through! Glad I went instead of waiting to see my primary! Had pneumonia! Caught early! Nurse practitioner Elizabeth was great on the information! Highly recommend! 🩷

I've always had a good experience with my kids going, I've only been twice and the physicians are nice. The issue stems from my second time attending. The receptionist had me fill out a psych questionnaire but didn't tell me anything about it or that it was voluntary to fill out. They don't tell you that they charge your insurance for it and if your plan doesn't pay, you're responsible for the cost, then will automatically charge your card on file. My EOBs don't show that it was even billed. I called the Customer Service line early one morning around 8:30am and asked how I may dispute this charge as I was not advised that I could waive this screening or that I may be responsible for $20+ for filling out one single paper with no discussion of the results, I also advised her that my EOBs don't show the charge either. The rep was kind but said she gets this all the time and has never seen it get waived. I asked to speak with a supervisor because I know this isn't within her control but I also work as leadership in Customer Service and try to help my customers on things like this, especially if the communication was lacking. She advised they were 'probably' all busy, without checking that they actually were, and said she'd have one call me back. That's been two days ago, which I understand it takes time but I had little faith I was actually getting one in the first place. So just be aware that if they ask you to fill out a screening form of some kind, you could be responsible for the cost.

*edit, as of 01/15/25, still no call from a supervisor and their social team didn’t answer my post either. Probably because I already called the one place they suggest to call or email.

I went for a pre employment drug screening. The staff was friendly and efficient in their duties. The receptionist helped me to fill out my registration and they got me in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Front desk staff was friendly and professional. The medical assistant was respectful and kind. Ms. Montgomery, I think that's her name, she has red hair, was my provider. She explained what was going on with me in detail. She listened and seemed to really care.
