I give this place 0 Current patient but leaving this office the front desk staff is awful, they never answer the phones and literally could care less not to mention the provider the waiting time is an hour a whole hour waiting . They at times close the office unexpectedly! They are very unprofessional and could care less about your health! The provider just wants to hand out medication like candy without getting to the cause of the problem, if it wasn’t for me advocating for myself to look further into my pain I would have never found out what was going on inside of me.

If I could split the I would give half star. The staff is not organized. The lady gave me appoint for January 31 and I when I went she said sorry I forgot and I missed my work. Then she said come on Friday. I went and the doctor was not available and missed work and appointment. On third time Right now I am here waiting since 8am and it's 10:20am bow. My file is not ready and they are waiting for the lab result. It is so unprofessional and unorganized.

The counter clerks are horrible. Giving me a ran around all the way to Wayte Ln in Fresno when all i want is to see a doctor in Clovis, CA. Simply ditching out info which is totally useless. Hope these people are better trained.

Would not have gone here if it wasn’t the only option. Even after calling into my appointment and letting them know I’m on my way, after arriving, they still took over an hour to simply give me a paperwork.
The doctor didn’t seem to know what she was doing, neither the front desk ladies (at least they were nice, as in the front desk ladies, however I hoped they didn’t keep making mistake after mistake).
The doctor also asked questions that were completely irrelevant to the exam I needed to get done, and also made me feel very uncomfortable to actually communicate with her truthfully. Hopefully won’t ever have to go back there again. I’m sure other people had different experience, but my husband and I were pretty frustrated throughout the whole experience dealing with them.

Dr.San Gabrel is one of the best doctors I ever had before, very passionate, listens, and will do his best for you to get better, Dr. Evette also is a great doctor, she is my lovely wife doctor's never rushed, good listener and very easy to talk to. Also, the staff are very friendly. Thank you Family Willness staff and doctors

Slow and small office. Waiting time with an appointment is over 2 hours. Judging off of how long a visit with the doctor is and how many patients they call back at a time, the doctor must take an hour break in between every patient (my opinion). Waiting room fills up quickly and you have to wait outside. No room for wheelchair patients inside waiting room.
