My son has been seeing Kelly for most of the year and it has been a great experience. She listens and helps adjust his meds based on our observations and his behaviors. The front desk staff is really helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this office.

Pam in the front office is warm, kind and caring. Kelly is amazing! She really cares about you and your feelings. She takes the time to listen. You don't feel like you're on a conveyor belt. I highly recommend her!

My childern needed a evaluation done went to first apt the girls working at front r mouthy and Sarcastically cocky.i asked for directions they never sent them or told me the email of where they sent them but they sent them a month ago didn't say anything to me cuz people can stare at there email 24/7 than Dee the cordnatior was gonna book my one son at 11 am and my others 4pm and 4:30 pm we live 2 hours away .... I'm not sitting in ur office all day getting home real late nope book them for another day dee said that she had to.get with mangment and call me bk ooooo bet she did when she called me bk the Manger like ur throwing a fit over a one hr wait ? I said hr wait to see all kids I'll wait it.be Worth it.but if not ITS BS I SAID . I told her. Why would I b like that when she booking one at 11 am in person and 2 at 4 pm and 4:30 for zoom? Dumb and stupid pick another day I'm not driving 2 hrs just for one apt .... than she said I was being hostile cuz I requesting for diffevernt days lol dee is the worst she lies she doesn't like to answer her phone EVER nor
Return ur calls . Doctor was great but her staff acts like the treatment coming out of there own butt .... and very nasty . Stuff need to treat public alot better than they have been also the Manger said since I said BS lol they stop taking my kids but little do they know I already spoken that moring to pcp to inform them due to.the fact how ignorant people think they can just walk all over u . . I will take blame if I did it but.i didn't I desvred how dee lied about me and how the Manger was nasty and said my childern will stop care in there office Immediately. Cuz she said I was rude and hostile lol I already informed pcp that moring I was gonna get another office due to the fact this isn't a good office for business and they said I had to take a picture of my child and email it to them for there file I said normal offices just take it while in office I said I'm not sending u an email of a picture of my child I never heard of it ... nor am I doing it . So watch this office .... they REALLY NOT KIND AND CARING

JoJo at the front desk is the most caring, understanding and kind hearted person! Nurse Kelly is my son’s Dr and she is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend

This practice has been reported to the BBB recently and on numerous occasions. There are numerous fraud investigations for services being billed. However, services were never rendered! It is impossible to speak with anyone in the office. It's someone's mental health on the line for heaven's sake!

My loved one was a patient for many years.
I observed a patient having a meltdown as the office staff chuckled and insulted the patient. Mental illness comes and goes in waves. However, this poor individual was in distress and frowned upon for having an uncontrollable meltdown in front of an entire office alongside the nurse and psychiatrist! The patient's mental health was full of non-life threatening emotions; that consisted of complete sobbing and tears.

I picked up the individual off the floor and helped him/her to their car and listened! I couldn't watch the individual continue to be insulted and shoved out the door alone!

My loved one seen a
Kelly Speranzo-Otero. She was good for a brief two minute in person /virtual visit to refill your prescriptions. My loved one would feel completely rushed each visit and left mentally unstable each time. Her lack of understanding mental health conditions comes off as possibly having a provisional license until further educated on mental health.

If you care about yourself or your loved ones please find a compassionate psychiatrist. It broke my heart and I never want to witness another individual at a psychiatric office crying (literally) for help!! Please do your research before accepting services from this practice in both the Sanford and Orange City locations!

My treatment with FPS was good with Jessica Shutt - she left the practice in March. I was reassigned and I had 2 appointments with Fhteachia Andrews. I've never had such an entitled and condescending doctor, let alone a psychiatrist. I was fired as a client for "being disrespectful" - it was clarified that disrespect was by brushing my hair during our 7:30AM appointment. I explained that I had to leave for work after the call.-I was told that "she should have my undivided attention" and asked "so you couldn't wake up 20 minutes earlier?"
I asked for clarification as to where my attention to her faltered, I was very apologetic and didn't understand what she meant. I was told in response that I am argumentative and she will no longer "debate" (?) with me as I am so disrespectful.
I'm not one for bad reviews, I know this sounds so one sided - it's been 3 months and I couldn't get it off my heart to warn others.

If you’re looking for customer service or help in any way, shape or form this is not the place for that. I have been calling numerous times trying to get copies of my medical records. I was told it’s a dollar page money is not an issue. all I want is my records I was asked how long this will take and I was told they can’t give me a timeframe, apparently the office managers name is Amanda. I kindly asked to speak with Amanda and that was not doable Apparently, she’s always in a meeting when someone needs to speak with her. This is the first time with any office that I have not been able to obtain my own medical records. There is no chain of command that exist here the receptionist, or whoever answers the phone clearly doesn’t earn their paycheck correctly since they are rude and disrespectful, and Ashley was probably the worst receptionist I have ever spoken with.
