Oli Ortiz is by far the best primary care provider I’ve ever had. He was so kind. He always responded quickly when I sent messages. He was flexible if I needed to reschedule an appointment. And he took the time to really help me feel seen and heard as a patient.

I really appreciate my family doctor Dr Daniel Moscow. Every time I met him, he will pull out my historic data to compare and predict thoroughly and clearly. Every exam is fully one hour spent by him. I really appreciate it.

Save yourself the trouble and find a Doctors office that cares. Didn’t sent my script to pharmacy. After 3 weeks calling to get it straightened out, wrong dosage was sent and they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Called to speak with Dr or manager, no callback at all.
Last few times there I got the feeling this place was on its last leg, I can see it closing in near future.

Receptionists here need to be reminded that this establishment is paid for by the customers, without customers you don’t have business. In other words, they need to be trained on people skills, and they don’t have it. These super privileged receptionists think DEI runs the day 😵‍💫

Code of ethics for nurses, "the nurse practices with compassion and respect for the inherent dignity, worth, and unique attributes of every person."

-Made an appointment for 8AM but ran into traffic.
- Made a courtesy phone call to their office which was accepted by a third party call service provider that I was running late at 8:01 AM.
- The message was circulated and delivered to the office by 8:08AM (From what I was told by the nurse that was handling the intake of patients). Got to the office by 8:17AM.
-The nurse handling the intake called in to nurse practitioner Nicole Belfatto.
- Nurse practitioner cancels the appointment stating the lateness.
- Restated that I drove 40 mins to get there and I had called to informed them that I was running 10 mins late. After that statement, the front desk reinitiated another call to Nicole Belfatto.
- Told me to reschedule.

No one asked the nurse to drop her scheduled patients or morning uploads of tik-tok videos to see me but simply she could've told me to wait. Simple as that.

Now if she is going to dangle this idea that I ran two mins late?

Here is little advice for Nicole. Get a job with the DMV they definitely could use that zeal of yours.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went to this practice since I was 12 ( am now 40) I just went for a Pre-op and began to tell the Dr. that I was having ocular migraines only for her to respond in saying that insurance only covers a pre-op appointment, if I want to talk about anything else I needed to make another appointment . The previous two appointments I specifically said I didn't want a certain medicine and asked about another one only for them to prescribe the one I said I wouldn't take. This office has gone downhill big time and no longer cares about its patients.

I tested positive for Covid and I woke up this morning feeling like I was having trouble breathing. I called to consult with a doctor and the receptionist promised I would receive a call from one shortly. I gave my concerns to her to be relayed to the doctor but they were ignored. It wasn't until hours later that I finally received a call back from the receptionist, not the doctor like I was promised, and was told if I wanted medication I had to make an appointment. I only mentioned medication off hand at the end of our initial conversation just to get more information about it but did not actually request it. I requested advice to determine if my shortness of breath was related to Covid or an anxiety attack. I needed to rule out if I had to go to urgent care or not. But medication is what she focused on in her call back even though that's not what I called about. The receptionist did not listen to me at all and therefore I did not end up receiving any care or advice for my breathing problem. I feel completely neglected by this practice.

While I do like the access your portal provides, I feel the interface is outdated. It feels like it was developed in the 90s or early 2000s and has never been updated.

Been going here for a couple years now, however at my visit yesterday I was helped my the operations manager Raynetta. She checked me and updated my insurance information with ease. I was seen in a timely manner. Once finished Mrs Wallace checked me out as we shared a laugh over a difficult situation that occurred earlier with a different patient. I highly recommend this office.

Was given a horrible attitude from the front desk woman named Rainetta. She gave the person in front of me attitude as well over insurance. I have been coming here for years and have asked several questions why I am getting a bill in the mail billing an alternate insurance I never had and every time they they me front desk doesn’t handle it and to call billing. This time I’m super sick checking in and this rainetta girl is telling me I have to pay $150 when the copay is $40. A doctor finally intervened and corrected her to have me pay my COPAY $40. And $10 towards the balance. She was extremely rude and unprofessional due to this I will be reluctant to return which is a shame since the doctors are great.

I saw Dr Iverson today. He is a very good listener and spent a lot of time explaining things to me. Overall, a very good Dr. I’ve seen both Dr Liu & Dr Iverson & I highly recommend both! ☺️

I should have left sooner than I did. Lots of turnover here. The staff is not friendly and having to wait outside for an appt is very inconvenient. Decided to finally leave when they wouldn’t accept cash for payment.
