This is the only review I ever posted as I'm frustrated and want to share this so others don't make the same mistake. It was a big mistake when I contacted Dr. Tracy to seek her help for our marriage. My wife has spent nearly $10k for her services as the doctor ran up bills letting her rant endlessly on the phone, rather than asking her to come in for a session. It could have been more beneficial in person, as my wife would had to make a real effort and not just when the moment hit her, so she can take positive steps rather than just venting. Dr. Tracy was very difficult for me to talk to as she just seemed to want to jump to conclusions without any basis of real facts. In fact, the doctor found fault with me that I wanted to communicate the entire story to her and back it up with evidence as to what was going on. Thus, a major reason that Dr. Tracy has failed to help us is that she doesn't know what the problem really is. I told the doctor that the things that my wife was doing was unbelievable and that was the problem as the doctor just did not believe me. I have since gone to another psychologist who let me fully say and explain what was going on and let me show her evidence backing it up.
It was such a relief when she told me and assured me that she believes me as she can hear, see and use logic to understand, which I wish Dr. Tracy had done. Although Dr. Tracy may seem to be a nice person and maybe have good intentions, I strongly believe that she in incompetent and ignorant as to wanting to know what is really going on so she can help facilitate a solution. I have respectfully requested for Dr. Tracy to suggest that my wife see my new psychologist, but they both have declined to do so. It is very frustrating to feel that a mental health professional is more in the way than being helpful to finding positive healthy solutions.

Florida Family Options Counseling has been amazing to me thus far. I struggled feeling comfortable with a therapist until I started coming here. When COVID-19 broke out, I was afraid that I would lose what I spent so much time looking for - an amazing therapist that could actually help me towards my goals and overcome my anxiety and depression. I was assured that they would do everything they could for me and although I couldn't see my therapist in person, I could still talk to her through teletherapy sessions which has been amazing. Attending counseling was a first for our family. It was a difficult step to admit we needed help but our daughter was having some pretty extreme behavioral issues and we knew it was going to get better on its own. Everyone at Florida Family Options was so helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that we had the right therapist for our daughter. Never in a million years would I have guessed that my vibrant fiance would fall victim to bipolar disorder. she is 27 years old and we were living a beautiful life in our beautiful apartment. She is a musician, an entrepreneur, a swimmer , a loving bestie and one of the most gifted, talented human beings I’ve ever met. She was never depressed, but rather had a constant zest for life and adventure.

In August of 2018, she started acting strangely. She was spacey, restless, emotional, and lost her appetite. She began unloading the clothes from the closet and putting things in the wrong places, which was very unlike her. I began to suspect she had a brain tumor. A scan showed no abnormalities, but sadly she quickly became extremely psychotic and had to be hospitalized.

Not until I met Dr. Tracy in September of 2018, who was introduced to us by a colleague.

After series of sessions and recovery tips, we began to see rapid results. She's no more restless like before, she eats at regular intervals unlike before we met her (Dr. Tracy).

Thanks doc. for helping us get our life back.

Went here for individual therapy and counseling due to struggling with a lot of issues for a long time. Dr. Mallett offers a lot in terms of communication. It is the key that I want, to be able to see someone is talking back to me, responding to how I feel. I think, I like to feel as though my words are heard, I'm not looking to be understood, but that, what I'm saying is not falling under deaf ears. I understand that I am stubborn, and things take a while to sink in, but the fact I am being heard, makes a huge difference in continuing to work with her.

This site definitely appeals to the average person because the layout is so simple and effective. It is a flawless site and very clean thus anyone with no technical background would definitely appreciate. The design is very professional and well done.
It is easy to navigate through this site because all the links to the social media platforms are right there on the right-hand side. Unlike most websites, the contact details on this are at the top of the page meaning if you just don’t want to read or if you need first-hand information or want to reach out through a phone call, you don’t even have to scroll down.
The colors are great and purple is an excellent choice for this site. But perhaps you should add a banner/an animated logo to make the site livelier. This at least makes the website to have a sense of completion and wholeness.
The site loads quite quickly which is very great. I did not find any typos or spelling mistakes within the page and all the attached links are fully functional.
The attached mother nature photos are very cool. Just at a glance, they seem to give hope. This is very convenient because that’s what the facility is all about. Bringing back any lost hope.
The company logos at the very bottom of the page would have looked much better and presentable if they were horizontally arranged and not vertically as they are.
Generally, the site is very appealing; starting from straightforward info, readable fonts with a perfect size, color, attachment of a real-time map etc. It’s just amazing!!
