Called my health care that is owned by United health care. They said this establishment takes my insurance. I walk in and she tells me that they don't bill third parties. I asked her to call them because Surest is owned by United health care. She wouldn't even try. I called my insurance and they said they definitely take it that people will refuse it all because it's a different name than what they are use to. I just find it astonishing she wouldnt even call. I paid my Uber to come all that way just for someone to not even take a 5 mins to see if they take it. All the billing goes through United health care system so she was wrong and if I was in the health care world I would take the time to double check because you should care about people and show that you at least tried and if they don't, fine I'll go on my way. It's so freaking frustrating that people can't do their job and just try instead of thinking they know it all. Absolutely disgraceful.

Today I was seen at Family Medical by Dr.Kerr. The faculty was very clean. The Family Medical staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Kerr had excellent bed side manners. Thanks
