The providers are great, but it can be difficult to get in to see them. Also, while I understand that their schedule challenges present issues for the office staff, at least one of the people I spoke to there was rather rude about it instead of showing compassion or empathy for my 87- year-old father-in-law's health situation. At this point, I would recommend finding a different doctor.

Dr. Nilesh Desai is everything you hope for in a primary care physician. He listens, explains, and is never rushed. He really looks at the “whole picture” in making a diagnosis. Dr. Desai has my complete trust in making decisions and recommendations for my medical care. I might add…the office is sparkling…new and nicely appointed. The office staff does a great job in all respects.

I really like Dr. Cordero. She listens to the patient and takes the time to answer all questions asked. Besides being very nice, she is a wonderful professional.
The staff are also nice and friendly. Each time I have called, for any reason, they solve your concern without a problem. I am very pleased with their service.

Dr. Cordero is so kind, patient, caring, and compassionate. I have never had a doctor that spent so much time with me. She actually LISTENS to me! She takes as much time with me as I need. I won't ever change PCP's again!

The staff are all very professional and friendly,and they don't overbook the schedule. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes!

I love having Dr. Desai as my primary care. His staff schedules well and I've never had to wait long to get into a room. Once the assistant is done checking my blood pressure and such, the doctor is generally right in.
Dr. N Desai is very knowledgeable and informative. I appreciate the information he shares with me. He is knowledgeable about my mess, as well.

I truly appreciate both doctors and all of their staff. They treat you with respect and kindness.

The office looks clean, spacious, and beautiful. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. No long waiting at the waiting room.The doctor came in to see me with all my lab reports, ready to answer all my questions. He took the time to explain every little detail of my labs and other pertinent information that I need to know. He made sure all my concerns are addressed. He's compassionate and quite knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

The front desk staff were wonderful. I was greeted like an instant friend, and made to feel welcome. Dr. Desai was warm and compassionate, letting me know the moment I met him that he wanted to hear what I had to say, he wanted to address concerns...not just sit and look at a computer screen. I felt genuinely cared about, and I appreciate it. The back staff were so kind and nice, too.

This medical practice is INCREDIBLE. More than once I've called with concerns about my sickly husband and they have gotten us in and treated him quickly and compassionately. Today, the things they did for him made me feel like I was in an Emergency Room. They are that well equipped to administer urgent care and the diagnostic testing he needed. Thank you Esmerelda and Dr Desai for all you did for us hopefully your treatment today will keep him out of the hospital .
