If it were possible to give a lower review I would. I’ve been sick since Monday, with a horrible cough and a bad fever. I called this office asking for an apt, and was given an apt. This is where it starts going crazy. I get to the office and start to fill out new patient paperwork, no mention of a copay or having to pay a fee so far (I went to an OBGYN two days prior and didn’t have a copay, and the last dr I went to I didn’t have a copay either, AND my insurance website said this office DID NOT HAVE A COPAY, AND THAT I HAD NO OUT OF POCKET COSTS), everything is going fine, other than having waited over an hour to be called back into a room, I’m halfway through my appointment and have finished with the nurse practitioner and am waiting on the doctor to arrive when the secretary comes and knocks on the door saying I need to pay my copay..... I didn’t bring any money with me because I assumed I didn’t have one... as I haven’t had one at the last 3 office visits to doctors I’ve had. At this point I tell her I didn’t have any money and she looks surprised then starts to go off about how I’ve wasted her time and the offices time, and then I hear the doctor chiming in saying I’ve wasted their time and this and that. I AM SICK WITH A 103 FEVER AND CAN BARELY STAND ON MY OWN FEET IT SHOULDNT BE MY FAULT THAT I WASNT NOTIFIED OF A COPAY. DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE. Worst customer service EVER!!
