Our family is so thankful for the healing hands of Dr. Greenfield and Dr. Morris and the amazing staff. These amazing people are actually sav8ng the life of my dad. Dr. Morris is great, he listens to your concerns and genuinely cares about his patients and takes time to go over what's going on with you, not only medically,but personally to see if there is anything underlying that might be the source of your illness.
The office staff is amazing ,Jenessa ( I hope I spelled it right) is a bright face to greet the patients and makes sure to call you with a reminder of your upcoming appointment. The waiting area is immaculately clean, and pleasant to wait in.
I've been a patient there for over 10 years and I don't think I could find a better Dr to go to.

Ive visited a lot of doctor's offices in my time.But the trinity office is by far the best doctor's office that I have ever been to. Jenessa is by far the most professional person i've ever seen, she welcomes you and makes you feel at home. She is a wonderful person and family medical center is blessed to have her. I am also a patient of doctor nicks who is very professional and down to earth, awesome guy. No complaints from me between Janessa and her beautiful charm and her lovely smile. When you walk in through those doors and the professionalism of her staff, you have no choice but to enter the office not feeling well yet coming out, feeling like a million bucks.

Miss Janessa ( receptionist) as well as Miss Deedee ( nurse ) are the absolute 💯 best there is !!! Extremely pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable and very easy to get ahold of for scheduling and or changes. As for Dr Morris , He is also the best to have ever !!! He takes very good care of his patients, listens to everything, They all at trinity take Extremely great care of all the patients 5+++++++++++. Trinity is the place to go , say hello to Janessa, DeeDee and Doc Morris! Best group in the world !!!!

Absolutely fantastic stuff here, the staff is exceptional The doctors are unbelievably knowledgeable and courteous and understand what it takes to have bedside manner even in the smallest situations. You have to be insane not to want to have service here at family medical Center.

Please avoid this office at all costs, they are trying to take advantage of vulnerable individuals who don’t understand their insurance and deductibles/copays. I caught on to them instantly when they tried to say I had a extensive deductible and I pulled up my insurance availity form and it clearly showed that I had a $0 deductible , it even shows it on the insurance card that I provided them. Either they were completely unable to own up to their completely incompetent mistake as “debbie” the insurance manager avoided discussing the situation directly or they knowingly know what they are doing and are only looking to capitalize on the vulnerable and confused. I then went into the doctors on both sides of them and asked them to run my card and tell me what my deductible was both offices confirmed that I was 100% correct and clearly showed a $0 dollar deductible, the form that i have on my benefits clearly shows $0 deductible so due to this situation, I am not a person to leave reviews but I will definitely warn EVERYONE about this place and the incompetence that spews from Family Medical Centers.
