The only reason I give it a two star and not one is because of Jeff. He is an amazing doctor who actually listens but the nurses are awful. They are incredibly unhelpful and rude. Everyone I’ve talked to agrees. You can barely get them to answer the phone and when they do they are short, awful tone, and refuse to be helpful. Same in person at their office. I’ve been going to them for about a year and it’s never gotten better. I can’t stand having to call the office.

First I want to state nothing against doctor Malik or his Staph, they are awesome, but I do have to make a formal complaint. I understand that technical issues happen but being unable to reach your doctor for over a week is due to phone problems unacceptable and potentially harmful for their patients. You would think a facility that is affiliated with the hospital would have a backup system for instances such as this. I know in the ten years I have been with this office prior to being affiliated with the hospital their was never such problems. now that they are affiliated with the hospital, my family and I have had nothing but problems with billing, copays and trying to contact them.

I do not know what changed recently, but I will no longer be a patient. I repeatedly called and waited for call backs regarding simple paperwork, but kept getting the run around...fax machine is broken, you can come pick up but not until we call you, you were on the call back list - I don't know what happened, even getting placed on hold and hung up on multiple times. Finally after well over a month, I had to have another doctor contact them for the paperwork. This is unacceptable and unprofessional!

We LOVE this clinic!
Our son's Dr was amazing, the staff was amazing, everyone was polite and professional, and we didn't have to wait long at all.
Thanks so much to the staff for making our visit a pleasant one.

Great place it's clean and comfortable.. DR. Zach is a great person he actually listen to the patient and trys to help all he can. He the best doctor I've had in over 10 years......

Friendly staff. Love Jeff Horton ARNP. The only friendly ARNP they have. Other ARNP Zack seems to act like he better than everyone. Sourpuss. Have never seen him smile. Try to cut up with him and he just looks at you like you crazy.
