If I could give zero stars I would… called to ask if they provided a specific test and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude! Instead of answering my question she said “not today” um okay? I thought maybe because they are closed on the weekend and the reading of the test needs to be in two days her response with a dumb attitude “ that’s not what I stated, I said not today because you need an appointment and we don’t have any”. Okay I didn’t as for an appointment, I was simply asking if the office provided a specific test. If you don’t like your job then I suggest you find another…

My knee hurt so much that I couldn't walk. 11:20 After I registered at the front desk, they actually forgot to let me fill out the new patient's information. I waited for half an hour in vain to fill out the information. After filling out the information, I waited for another half an hour before entering the room to wait for the doctor. I didn't expect to wait for more than an hour in the clinic before I saw the doctor. The doctor asked questions for five minutes, wrote me an X-Ray order, and ended my consultation. In more than two hours, I didn't feel any kindness from the front desk, nurses, and doctors. This is the worst urgent care I have ever encountered. I can't comment without giving it one star. In my heart, they don't even deserve one star. I hope they will change after seeing this, so that future patients who go there will benefit from it.

This place is a joke when it comes to Healthcare stay away !! I went yesturday at 5pm and was told to come back in the morning the Dr had left. We came back in the morning with my daughter the guy nurse checked our fever and said we didn't have fever. My daughter and I were shaking due to having fever another nurse heard us shaking came in to check our fever and it was 107. We were waiting in the room for 30 mins until I asked if I should go to the hospital . They don't offer mask they made me and my sick daughter walk to the store to buy a mask and the docter didn't even see us after all the wait.

I have been sitting in the waiting room since 1015.
It's 1145, and finally in a room, but still waiting for the Dr.
When I walked in at 1010am there was not a person in the lobby, so wouldnt think there is alot of patients here, why is this taking so long? Almost just want to leave, all I want to do is check on a cold, I will probably get here take these call me in a day...

This place is not hero, they are not treat covid patient.
I got positive covid and i called them to Give me covid medication so the In front Office told me I Need to Go ER, they told me they are not treat covid patient. What is the perpuse of urgent care if they unable to treat patient ? Anyone come to this facility need to think twice, And they told me to find another place if i want to treat covid (Cold heart). They are holding a phone for almost 1hrs resulting in this case. Don't come to this place

I take the day off work and have another blood work appointment after this physical and the doctor is not in? Cancelled without a call? Horrible customer service. Zero stars if I could.

This doctor takes forever to see patients. I take my father disabled on soc. security here once a month to refill his pain medication and we spend almost 2 hours every visit just for a general checkup. Half the time they mess up his papers and I have to drive back again from the pharmacy, 20 min drive again......

Incompetent staff members. Took a long time to process a prescription refills, which normally takes minutes.
