Everyone here is either incapable or flat out incompetent. In the span of 15min I’ve been transferred to 2 different departments speaking to 4 different people

Everyone said to send a request cause they can’t do it over the phone.

Very disappointed by this place. SFGH as a whole is not the top tier for hospitals, but I expected basic needs being met by FHC. It's nearly impossible to get through on the phone to make appointments, and the medical staff are not very thorough. But the reason for this review is because of the scheduling staff. My 4 month old son was literally naked, ready to be weighed for his check up when the employee busted in and told us the appointment was canceled due to insurance reasons. The so called reasons ended up not even being correct, if he had looked a little deeper he would have seen this. I honestly never write reviews, but this is a big deal, to treat an infant like such, and have no remorse over it. Please do not bring your children here, I wish someone had warned me. There are plenty other places to go in the city for health care.

Don't ever go. Cazandra Zaragoza, MD treat patients differently here. I had to wait more than two hours for no reason. The nurse said there were only two people waiting in front of me. Even if I asked the nurses to ask the doctor because the order seemed to have changed several times, they said my turn was the next so I couldn't even go to the bathroom for two hours. I had to endure my pain so much that I cried. But she only took 20 minutes for me then left me saying another patient was waiting. She knew I was waiting for 2 hours as she came to me by mistake when I came in. I was very shocked that the doctor could discriminate against patients in hospitals, and I was very surprised that no nurse took it seriously even though the patient complained of pain. The reputation and reality of this hospital are completely different. This incident served as an opportunity for me to move to another hospital.

Yeah this is pretty bad here, the day time nurses are lost as far as what to do and they honestly don’t listen nor act like they should care about your health in any fashion, it’s like your a bother to them. I went there with a friend of mine and witnessed it first hand, I guess because they’re government funded they’re allowed to treat you whatever way they want. I heard one person say your better off going to the E.R., they’re less likely to keep you suffering. They might be good for children, but it’s not the same for older individuals I guess.
I guess further proof of how the health system is screwed up, whether your insured or not and that San Francisco is just another corrupt city that's all about the money.

Awful clinic with outrageously bad customer service and out of touch doctors collecting massive government paychecks who aren’t personally invested in appropriate management and enhancement of your well-being. Stay away!

Some stuff are extremely rude and belittling. Some have no idea what's going on and some are really great but overall bad experience.
