This is a GREAT place! The hours are better than anyone else around, their care is top notch! Everything is friendly and has great personalities. Our family of 6 comes here for any illness and emergency. Even when she couldn't help with an emergency, she came out and told me what to do and help ease the situation. The office is always clean and very inviting! Great place, great health care!!!!

Robin in Scottsboro is the absolute BEST!! I don’t care how sick I am I always like to go when she is there ! She has the best personality, she cares about you and tries her best to get you in and out as quickly as possible !! She is the absolute best! No matter how sick you are when you see her , her personality just makes you feel better ❤️❤️

I was able to walk in and be seen quickly. I had COVID, which I already knew. I told the nurse practitioner my ears hurt (I'm prone to infections) and she looked at them but said nothing about them and prescribed nothing for them. She asked if I wanted paxlovid, which I did. I'm not sure why that was even a question. I think they were trying to get me out quickly because it was lunch time.

So now I'm back at a (different) doctor's office 3 days later with chest and sinus congestion, pain and pressure in my ears, and severe vertigo.

When my spouse went in the day before he was given 3 shots in addition to the paxlovid for the same symptoms, but he went towards the end of the day. He must have gotten a different provider, or the service is better when it's not lunchtime.

Waited 2:30 hours on a Sunday just for labs. Only needed blood work done. I recommend finding anywhere else for primary care. This is just a cattle gate company. For those giving this place 5 stars are either relatives, staff, or a paid service to give them positive reviews. Highly unprofessional.

Waited hours to be seen. It's currently 106 degrees outside and it's so hot in the lobby as well as the exam rooms. Mostly frustrated by the long wait.

This was my first time here. I highly recommend this place. I was the second person in when they opened and it took an hour and 20 minutes from walking in to seeing 4 staff including the nurse practitioner and receiving the results of three different tests . And getting a prescription called in. I believe this is fantastic. We are so lucky in this country that the doctors are willing to still provide the services given all the red tape they must in endure.
