I am switching my insurance do not even bother with this place sure the office inside is nice but it’s just another junk doctor office. The wait for an appointment is insane I have waited as long as three hours before while pregnant with my toddler with me. Calling to make an appointment forget it. The girls who answer the phone are absolutely no help. They have an attitude for no reason. I called to make my kids appointment and they tell me to call back next week because they are not open tomorrow how does that even make any sense. While you are on the phone making an appointment in mid conversation they will just put you on hold for a long time without even telling you that you will be on hold. It is such a headache dealing with this dr office they absolutely do not want to help you with anything! They don’t even act like they care. Please do not go here. While I was pregnant they didn’t even look at my blood test found out I needed a shot for my blood type after I gave birth that I should have had while pregnant. I currently have a concern on my breast and no one is getting back to me about a sonogram appointment it’s been over a month. This is my experience here and I am switching today. I have never experienced such an incompetent staff.

This use to be a great doctors office. The new ladys at the desk suck they give you the run around and lag on everything. Wait times are ridiculous along with trying to get a appointment quickly they are always booked out for all the doctors. Why keep accepting new patients if you cant keep up with the ones you have already.

Expect to wait over an hour and not be seen when you have an appointment. An hour past my appointment time and I have not been called, relayed the message to the receptionist and they say the Dr was running late. SCHEDULE YOUR TIME BETTER AND YOUR SCHEDULE. Your time is NOT more valuable than everyone else waiting forever. My third time coming here and my last. Switching immediately. All 3 visits have not been pleasant.

Only positive impact we had was seeing Medical Assistant Noreena on a separate visit

This is one of the most unprofessional, and unorganized medical facilities i've ever seen. The doctors couldn't care less about your health. What these doctors are after is easy patients who don't question anything and just take whatever medication or surgeries they prescribe. Every single time I came to this facility for an appointment.I waited a few hours. Then, when I was seated in the room, the doctor came in, couldn't find my paperwork, and I ended up waiting another 45 minutes before I just got fed up and left. This place didn't even care to call back to see why I left. It's pretty obvious this facility is just working the insurance system to get rich while providing horrible care.

I started coming here only because my Dr., Dr. Rayos moved her practice. I love my Dr. but dealing with this office is such a terrible experience. Like the rest of the reviews state, wait times on the phone are horrendous. The girls who answer the phone are usually unpleasant and just straight up rude. Every time I have gone to this office, the medical assistants ask me which pharmacy I prefer and I have given them the same one every time. I went to fill my prescription and it was never sent. That’s fine. Mistakes happen. Dread calling this office but HAD TO just for them to tell me that if I don’t pick up the prescription within two days, that it will go back on hold. That was a flat out lie according to the staff at the pharmacy. Went back next day to pick up after the nurse told me she would send it again. Still not in at my preferred pharmacy. They ended up sending my script to the WRONG PHARMACY. On top of everything, I try and stay pleasant and polite on the phone but whenever I call, the staff acts as if I’m the burden for calling. I asked to stay on the phone for a nurse and was denied that because the nurses are busy and cannot be interrupted while with other patients. What about me? Am I not a patient as well? Assistant said she would take a message and I told her that I need this medication and would prefer to be put on on hold so that I can be certain that it would be sent to the correct location this time. She didn’t even want to hear me verify the address of the correct pharmacy and rudely cut me off and said the nurse would send the script. I know this is a long post and will probably fall upon deaf ears. As a medi-cal patient, I know my options are limited as far as providers, but I will complete my last appointment with this office and then will switch to a completely different office, which is upsetting because I DO like Dr.Rayos. All that I ask for is respect and professionalism. RECEIVED NEITHER AT THIS OFFICE. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Even if you call within the first 10 minutes upon them opening the phone isn’t going to be answered for another 15-20 minutes. Referrals take a long time. Both of the doctors I used to see here left the business which is upsetting because my current pcp doesn’t seem to care like the previous ones. I do love that it’s strictly all female employees but man I wish the service was better. Then if you want to schedule an appointment you’re better off being seen by urgent care first.

I just called to schedule an appointment and they are 3 months out so I said” ok thank you” and the rude ass chick on the phone just said “mmm” and hung up. If you don’t like your job then quit lol I work with patients every day, you are literally giving patients their first impression of that medical office.

In need of an order to be sent out to Modesto Advanced Imagining for more than 1 month now. The girls have told me they have sent over the fax order but MAI insists that they haven’t received anything. Poor poor health care service with Family First Medical Care.
