Dr. Isaac Beshay was fantastic—he was attentive, compassionate, and took the time to thoroughly understand my health condition, which helped ease my concerns significantly. However, I had a less positive experience with one of his medical staff members, a younger woman who appeared to be inexperienced in her role as a medical assistant. While I understand that everyone is learning, her lack of proficiency in drawing blood made the process more uncomfortable than it needed to be. I hope that with more experience, her skills will improve to match the overall high quality of care at the office..

These people NEVER return my calls. For years they have never ONCE returned my calls and now im pissed. I was in an accident and NEED a referral to an ortho and with me leaving messages and attempting to schedule an appt so my arm can heal and can't go so i have to look for a new doctor because i have job interviews im skipping out on and actually WANT my body to heal properly.

Excellent Doctor
Amazing stuff
Dr. Isaac N Beshay is not only knowledgeable but also approachable. He has a great bedside manner and listens attentively, I felt comfortable asking questions and discussing my concerns, he provided clear explanations and took the time to address my concerns. As usual I left the office feeling confident about my care plan. Also the staff was accommodating. I felt well taken care of from start to finish.

The front office staff were short staff and practice never slows down keeping them so busy but remained attentive and pleasant to each person that approached them with various issues requiring their support, with smiles! 😃. The nurse that took my vitals was very personable. The LPN named Helene is the best! She made me feel so comfortable and heard everything I was saying with care. I’ve avoided the dr for a very long time but will not be pushing off appts now that I’ve found this medical group.
