I had a fantastic first experience at Family Dentistry of Okeechobee. From the very first phone call, Veronica set the tone with her professionalism and warmth—she’s truly exceptional at what she does. When I arrived, I was welcomed with a personalized sign at the front desk, a small but thoughtful touch that immediately put me at ease.

Megan, my dental tech, was wonderful—she guided me through the X-ray process with kindness and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Sanchez was thorough, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I truly appreciated. His calm and kind demeanor made the exam stress-free.

What stood out the most was the spa-like environment they’ve created. For someone who has dealt with dental anxiety in the past, this was a completely different and positive experience. I’m so grateful my family recommended them to me—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

One of my caps came off and surprisingly I was able to get in the same day, as a new patient. This was just 2 days before Christmas! Dr Chase was able to glue it back on temporarily and made me an appointment for 2 weeks later to get it permanently fixed. Everyone was so nice and cheerful. In most doctor offices, the doc is great, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Not here. Everyone is great! I could not be more happy with this dental office.

It was my first visit in 5 years and they were very accommodating and professional. Beautiful atmosphere… they made any anxiety about getting my teeth cleaned disappear. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!

Teeth are throbbing inside my mouth, the pain is severe. I have extensive dental decay, loss and infection. So in haste I drive myself on my new motorcycle to the urgent care to be seen. Unfortunately a few days prior I had lost my wallet and they required an ID card to see me. With my face now contorted to some painful grimace I set out on the bike for the DMV. I get one block and ran out of fuel. Desperate in agony and now have to push my motorcycle somewhere safe. I dropped my head, hands and my will and prayed to God to help me. I said please father you know my need, amen. When I looked up I saw I was standing at the intersection of Family Dentistry, it was 4:36 they are probably closed, or even if they are open they can’t see me, yet I walked there anyway. It’s like I was being guided by a sure heart. When I came into the office I explained what’s going on and Veronica made me an appointment. The office staff saw to me got me on some antibiotics and set the date to come back. When I walked out of there I had a spiritual awakening and I’m so happy to share it with everyone. Dr. Jennifer Laskey is the kindest gentlest Dr. I’ve ever seen with their fresh ideas and awesome photography skills Family Dentistry office has an ultra modern super clean and private atmosphere. I was very impressed and satisfied with my time spent with FD.

Family Dentistry as a whole is unmatched! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment I felt cared for and heard. Dentists can be a scary thing, especially for kids and it is for my daughter. My family has seen Teryl for many, many years and she has a wonderful relationship with my daughter that had a frightening experience with a dentist as a young child. Teryl took the time to build trust over many visits. So much so that we switched dental offices to see her, that's when we found Family Dentistry! We found out a few months back that Teryl is retiring, and we would have to see a new hygienist for my daughter. She was NOT happy but with reassurance from Teryl she felt more at ease. She saw Lety earlier this week, Lety took the time to build trust and to make my daughter feel safe and secure with her. I'm so thankful for Dr. Laskey and her incredible team she's built!
