This company use to be wonderful getting my sons products to us in a timely manner. The last 6 months, I’ve had to inquire about his delivery status. And the last 3 months have been horrible with their new system. Before our shipments went out the 1st in the month. Now we are lucky if they are out the 3rd week of the month. Family’s with special needs already have a hard time, and with them relying on these shipments, it’s made it even harder. We get these because he NEEDS these for every day life. Without them, he isn’t able to go out of the house. Which means I can’t go to work. So not only have they made it harder for his quality of life but they are now making it harder for us to survive as this is now taking funds away from our income.
