My daughter saw Dr. Hamilton for the first time and I must say Dr. Hamilton was a delight to talk to. She was very friendly, personable and attentive. Dr. Hamilton listened to me and my daughter's health concerns and offered great suggestions. She made my daughter feel very comfortable. My daughter said that this was her best doctors visit ever.

Dr Hamilton is absolutely amazing… My 2yr has been poked and prodded since she has been born so she has a really rough time at dr appointments. Her very last appointment Dr Hamilton went above and beyond making this our very first visit with no crying screaming and fighting… Totally love her… Very appreciative for her patience and understanding…

Ok so my kids only like doctor Hamilton but one thing I don’t like is you can call the office your self and talk to the staff. The answering service they have suck they don’t like to due there job. And they have more attitude than you do. Other than that I love the office were my kids go.

Was not too happy with this place at all. Dr. Nancy is rude, unprofessional & not interested in her clients at all. Nobody forces you to work anywhere so if you don’t like your job QUIT. When working with kids you should be more compassionate & have extraordinary patience; she lacks that. Also wait time is TERRIBLE!!!

I love it because once I’m checked in and at no time I’m in the back the kids are seen and we are out 30 minutes top from check in to check out I love the doctors and staff that my kids have at the Dunn Ave location Dr. Hampiton the kids absolutely love her keep up the amazing service that you give me/us.

I have been using this practice for 25 yrs even before it was Inovacare and was pleased but for the past year it has steadily gone down hill, you can no longer call and speak with someone in that office. The calls go to a call center and the center sends a message to which providers may or may not ever respond to which is very frustrating. I had an issue today with a provider who wrote one of my long my long term prescriptions incorrectly and I didn't realize it until I tried to get it refilled Friday afternoon for my out of country trip I am leaving on today at 11 am and called at 8 am trying to get it corrected to get it filled before I leave and can not get a call back even though the call center sent it as an escalated need. This is a totally unacceptable and unhealthy practice. I will be looking for a new primary care provider once I return. As a side note I am a nurse myself and work full time and have been for 47 years so when I am complaining it's a true concern because I know how things really work.
