I left two messages to make an appt and I didn't get return call. I go down there to make an appointment they tell me to take the new patient paperwork fill it out bring it back. I tell her I have UTI
So I don't understand why I can't make an appt? The weekend comes I'm in pain. Go drop paperwork on Monday. She's on the phone in front of me when I arrive. Never once did she say I will be with you or acknowledge me. Is still waiting for a call. Dealt with Nancy. So far as a new patient not getting a good impression. It's empty too. This place is near me but if this is an indicator of their patient care I might find another place. If I have a UTI you should get priority it's just common sense because it's painful and told her my kidneys hurt. My doctors would take me asap and give me my prescription. Not here seems very unorganized. Very disturbing. As of Dec 1 haven't heard anything and I dropped my packet off second week of November. I'm calling one more time if they don't make an appointment for me I'm looking for another office. Got in finally I do like Dr. Coward. He's the only one I see.

I never post reviews but felt it was important to share our experience. Normally we are seen in the clinton office and it has always been great, but yesterday my daughter was showing signs of strep and had been in contact with someone that tested positive the day before. Clinton was full so we were scheduled to go to Fair Field Bay office. I made the appointment for both my teen daughter and our 8 month old baby to get tested since our infant had a fever also. The response from (nurse?) When we were taken into the room wasn't the best approach. She said "you know babies don't have fully formed tonsils until around 3 years old so the likely hood of her having strep is so unlikely we won't swab for it" I was taken a little off guard by this. As a nurse my self yes I did know that, however I also know that my husband, who is also a doctor, and I felt the symptoms with a positive exposure were worth testing for. Not treating strep can lead to rheumatic heart disease which was the ultimate concern and we just wanted peace of mind. After being told they weren't going to swab our infant they finished with our teenager and we left with a negative swab, they sent it out to be cultured to see if it grows strep, and no antibiotics. Today with an increasing temp and no improvement in symptoms I took our kids else where. I explained the whole situation and they swabbed both my girls. Within minutes we had two positive strep tests (yes even my baby with undeveloped tonsils) they are both now on medication and I am sure they will be fine, but I felt it very important to share our visit so others can advocate for their children and possibly prevent a baby being dismissed in the future.

Facilities are nice and clean, but everything else about my experiences with the office staff, nurse practitioners and the doctors they report to have been lacking. It is obvious that there's poor business management of this office.
I have a prescription that I've had for nearly 10 years now. When I lived in Chicago, my doctor would keep my prescription renewed without me coming into the office. He would just do a phone consult and ensure the medicine is still working for me. That's not the case with this office. They want you to come into the office, draw blood yearly and then have you come back again to share the results. Every time you're in there, they want a copay. They're just collecting that insurance money and not serving the best interests or wishes of their patients.
I would highly recommend traveling to Greers Ferry or Clinton. Just be sure to skip Dr Coward and his cronies.
