I ordered several eye equipment from Eyeconic a few years ago...Mr Amado Diaz dealt directly with us and provided after sales service. I was a little apprehensive at first as Eyeconic is in the United States and we are in Singapore. However, Amado was very professional and his after sales service excellent! We had some issues with one of the slit lamp power boxes and I had to send it back for further modifications and repair...Amado dealt with it very professionally and promptly. I would recommend Eyeconic to any Eye surgeon looking to buy any eye equipment as Eyeconic's pricing is reasonable and service excellent 👍

My out of warranty/support Zeiss Visucam arrived at their repair facility on a Thursday and left their facility the next day. It arrived at my office a day before it was expected. And it works! The crew worked with me as if I was a long time client, even though this was the first time they had heard from me, on the phone and via text. Hopefully I won’t need their repair services again, but they have my business in the future.
