If you’re looking for a new eye doctor or frames I highly recommend checking Eye Care Associates out! From the moment we walked in and checked in we were met with kindness and smiles which these days is hard to find. Everyone we encountered was sweet. The ladies at the front desk checking us in were great and Dr. DeVore was amazing! He was patient, kind and reassuring when my son needed it as this was his first visit to the optometrist. I can’t say enough good things about this place! We had a great experience and I highly recommend 🙂

Every one is very friendly and caring. They. Ask questions and listen to you as well. The Dr. Suggested that l try some new eye drops and they are great. They last 8 hours and my eyes are not as dry as they were before using other type eye drops. I am very satisfied with the care that l receive there. I fo recommend others to Eye Care Associates.

Had to come and leave a review for the awesome service received from this business.
From the very beginning Ms Jennifer at the front desk was helpful and so very nice, the doctor who did my exam (Dr D...... I can't remember his name, sorry) and the asst that helped me pick out my glasses. They were All great! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience with my eye appointment. I was a little nervous beforehand but the woman who completed my eye photos was so kind. I don't remember her name off hand but we chatted about my hometown in Georgia and her family. She was also thorough with explaining each thing we were doing. The doctor was also kind and answered the questions I had.

I love this optometry clinic! They are very friendly, helpful and capable. The doctors and staff are thorough and listen to your questions. All questions are answered. I never feel like I am rushed. I have always had a great experience here.
I left a well known eye clinic in Dothan after my adult granddaughter was treated rudely and I was misdiagnosed. I have never looked back.

This review is for the front personnel. The doctors and other personnel in the back are great. My husband went to pick up his new glasses today and the person who gave him his glasses was not helpful. I called first to see if someone would be there to fit his glasses. I was told yes. When he got there an employee got his glass and handed them to him. He asked if she was going to fit them and he put them on. She went behind the dest and told the other person there that he was a pain in the butt customer. To make a long story short he ended up adjusting his own glasses because she didn't know how. Being self a self employed person who knows how important customers are he was very upset to be treated like that.

Good customer service, friendly staff, clean facility. Affordable exams. Dr. Devore was very amicable and took his time to explain his findings and make his recommendations. Happy I found this place on a Google search and it turned out to be a good experience!

Had a 1:20 appointment, got me in early. Care was very patient focused and personalized. Got me in and out quickly with my new glasses ordered. Was able to use my blue cross blue shield dollars to help pay my deductible. Highly recommend!!
