I never knew that going to the pharmacy could be this easy, and enjoyable. I’ve only been a few times and they already recognize me, and genuinely care when they ask how you are doing. I thought pharmacies were all like those big ones on the corners until recently. I have been going through some long term health problems and wish I would have found out about express pharmacy sooner. It’s nice to see the same faces and they genuinely care, offering advice and what I would need for a surgery I was having the next day. I used everything recommended and it worked, it was much needed after the “pain in the behind surgery”. They even took the time to calm me down before the surgery. I guess the biggest compliment I can give is that I referred my parents there. If you’ve only been to the big named corner pharmacies. I highly recommend you give express pharmacy (compound and medical supply) a shot. You will be glad you did!!

This pharmacy is the best one in Naples. As I went there to have my RX filled for the first time, they were so nice and welcoming. Both the tech and pharmacist took all of my information and filled my prescription while I was in the store within 5-10 minutes. I paid out of pocket, and their prices are the same as Walgreens, which are the lowest cash prescription prices in town. I will be transferring all of my other medications to this pharmacy and will not go anywhere else so long as I live in Naples! Knowing we have a pharmacy in our community that is reliable and cares about the patients is very valuable. Thank you for your kindness and pleasurable customer service. 🙂

This pharmacy is distinguished not only by its good customer service, but also by its quality and speed. The pharmacist is excellent, attentive to details, knows his patients by name, dedicates his time to listening and understanding the patient and clears up his doubts by giving answers and / or above all, looking for a way to resolve their situation. The team is excellent too, they are very friendly and make you feel like family. the best in the area I recommend them 200%. They will not regret it better than chain companies.

Perfect customer service. Very friendly and helpful. They genuinely believe in helping you to the best of their abilities - not just because it has to be that way. I had taken my son's covid test here a few months ago and I forgot to get it reimbursed from my insurance. When I realized that I could get a refund from my insurance - I had lost the paperwork for that. They helped find my original receipt and test records even thought it took some effort. Very helpful.

Express Pharmacy truly one of the best pharmacies a patient can go to in Southwest Florida. PJ the pharmacist is such an amazing pharmacist that she provides the best assurance and answers all questions I have, such an amazing teacher. Plus she’s so nice and funny. Yary an amazing pharmacy technician provides wonderful assistance and such a nice and funny person. Overall you are in wonderful hands if you go to Express Pharmacy.
