I want to share a specific shout-out to GiGi, this business's clinical director. ☺️ She is someone that ANY business would be lucky to have. She has truly gone ABOVE and BEYOND with her compassion, professionalism, knowledge, and customer service especially in a difficult time.

I have been given the run around by multiple places in town. By two prominent dispensaries, I was told by multiple people and including management that I would not have available orders until the 26th and that was NOT the case. They did a deep dive into my orders, so this is something that shouldn't have been missed. I had two orders even completed, bagged, and notified they were ready to be picked up. On one of the companies website and app, it will notify you if you do not have enough allotment to make a purchase in a specific route and it will not let you proceed with the purchase. Upon arrival, I was told again that I did not have any open orders until the 26th. This happened twice. It felt like a very hopeless situation and just went through the renewal process and would not have if I knew this would have happened.

Thank GOODNESS, GiGi was there to save the day and she refused to give up on me and this issue 🙏 She was SO very patient with me. I think collectively through this hott mess she's spoken with me for nearly 45 minutes on the phone, multiple texts back and forth, etc. When I texted her this morning to let her know that I was giving up on the situation and would just wait it out, she was NOT taking that for an answer. She called both the business in question and the state's Medical Marijuana Registry to determine what the issue was. As I unfortunately thought, it was human error.

Thank you for all that you do, GiGi! I appreciate you and all the help you provided me. Please remain being a ROCKSTAR!!!!

Everyone I’ve talked to so far has been extremely helpful and friendly, Kayla, Gigi, frank, and Dr kern have all been extremely helpful and I’d highly recommend anyone seeking a medical card to go through express.

I have been going through express for a little while now and I have to say hands down I can’t recommend anyone else, everyone I’ve been in contact with has been extremely friendly and helpful, I helped my grandmother get her card and the lady that helped us was extremely accommodating, I’d also like to mention how helpful Dr kern has been, the express team is truly an amazing one and I’m glad I decided to go through them.

I have been a patient since 2021, and I absolutely love Express! Dr. Lopez is a wonderful doctor, and really listens and tends to the patients problems individually. Gigi is also very compassionate and willing to help in any way she can.
I will always refer anyone interested in Medical Marijuana to this clinic & team. They are outstanding!
