My dad relapsed a couple of months ago. I called Dr. Courtney’s office and was helped out by Max. He was very compassionate and understanding of what I was going through. He helped me out with insurance and questions I had. I mentioned Dr. Courtney, Exist Centers, and The Truth House to my dad. We met Dr. Courtney and she was a very loving and compassionate therapist. I could tell she deeply cared about her clients and felt her healing presence. My dad decided not to get the help he needed, but I am leaving this review so I can help others make their decision on whether or not to come to Exist Centers. I would tell you call, start the process and make your way here. This is the right place to get the help that you need <3

Wonderful rehab experience at Exist Centers, located right in downtown Laguna Beach. We are so incredibly grateful for all of the compassionate care and support provided here for my brother. We have never experienced another treatment where he felt seen, heard, equal, and human. This program really helped me save my life. I was feeling lost with the traumas I’ve experienced in my life and feeling hopeless, not sure where to turn and dealing with issues in an unhealthy manner constantly. Exist Centers offers you hope and gives everyone a chance to find themselves again. It takes a desire within yourself but the therapists and group facilitators are always there guiding you and offering a helping hand each step of the way. I would recommend this program to anyone who is feeling helpless or hopeless. The light does shine in your life again and Exist Centers helped me realize that.

Exist center's gave me the tools, the staff gave me to courage and the center itself gave me a safe place to apply the tools I learn about myself and my addiction. I came to exist not knowing how to exist, after 19 years of addiction Dr Courtney , Emily , Steven and Maggie helped give me the courage to be the man I want to be and I now have the willingness to live a healthy life and give my story as a tool to help other young men and women who are struggling . Thank you exist Centers for giving me the tools to grow !

Honestly disappointed and heartbroken to say the least. If you’ve been let down by the *lovely* system and further harmed by therapists/coaches and come here for the right, expert help… just know it’s about the same as all the rest. If you have a lot of trauma, don’t expect to have help through it. They’ll just graduate you because you go to all the groups and “know all the skills”. Certain people get special treatment. I really thought I finally was going to get help and feel better with Dr. Courtney but other things have become a priority over the reason Exist came to be and helping clients. Also, communication is terrible!

I wanted to check out Exist Centers in Orange County because they treat addiction and borderline personality and wow, it felt like stepping into a space where healing is priority one. The place has a vibe that immediately puts you at ease, with a setup that’s all about comfort and making recovery feel as natural as possible. (Comfy couches instead of plastic chairs… if you know what I mean

The team there is something else. I know Dr. Courtney Tracy and her work, and everyone, they’re not just professionals, they’re warm and approachable folks who really get what you’re going through. They mix match therapy and sessions to find what works best, they shared a lot about this.

What really hits home is the trust I feel there. It’s clear they’re all about supporting each other. For anyone in Orange County looking into addiction and borderline treatment, this place helps it feel maybe not all rehabs are asham. So happy they opened down here!

Went to Exist Centers in Orange County to learn about their addiction and borderline personality treatment programs, and I LOVED IT. Ive been trying to find somewhere that specializes in borderline personality (because we know it’s hard to find people who actually want to help it not ‘deal’ with it) It’s warm, inviting and they get substance use and BPD. The owner has personal experience with both and it shows because the compassion and clinical grasp on it is there. Locals, check them out!
