I had a very disappointing experience with this urgent care facility. After getting an X-ray, I was told the results would be available promptly, but it has now been over two days, and I am still waiting. When I called to follow up, I was kept on hold for more than 30 minutes, only to be hung up on when I expressed my frustration about the delay.

This level of poor communication and customer service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with patients who need timely information for their health. I expected a higher standard of care and professionalism. Urgent care should prioritize efficiency and respect for patients' time.

Girls at the front are RUDE!! Hours posted said they close at 8:00pm. I walked in at 7:45pm and automatically was given the irritated look by the girls at the front. The didn’t not say hi or were friendly at all. All they said was “we’re no longer taking patients”. What’s the point of being an urgent care if you turn down patients with an emergency? If you want to refuse patients because you want to go home early, and don’t have compassion for patients with emergencies, you’re in the wrong field. Maybe you should let people know on your website that you don’t take patients after 7:30pm or whatever time you don’t feel like taking patients. Exer you should really choose wisely when hiring people for your facility. Immature, lazy, high school like mean girls are not a good look.

Dr. Green is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He diagnosed me correctly and sent me to get an MRI and I was very happy with his treatment. I was in a lot of discomfort. He did not know I am registered nurse for 40 years. He did not put me through hoops of delay and red tape. I would highly recommend him as your practitioner. Thank you so much for your help! Receptionist is really nice, she let me use the charger for my phone when it died (really appreciate it) nurses and doctor was really great too, the worst thing about this place is the wait time. It does seem like they only have one doctor in the back based of the wait time. They need to clear rooms faster or hire another doctor for this location, needs to speed up.

Thanks for being so quick and keeping the place clean! Was amazing everywhere else I’ve been felt like I waited forever and the place was dirty and just did not feel very welcoming . Exer was super fast they knew my symptoms gave me a test and prescribed me no back and forth. Changed my mind about urgent care !

don’t love having to get medical attention but i do like coming here. people complaining about the wait need to be realistic, you should expect that when coming to an urgent care. there will be a wait, but they’ve always taken care of me quickly when it is my turn to be seen. they are doing the best they can and the staff is always very kind and helpful.

DO NOT GO TO THIS EXER URGENT CARE. They legit have 1 doctor while 7 other people are waiting. I’ve been here for over an hour and half wanting to just get a strep test and I have been up next for over 50 minutes now. I asked the lady at the counter how long but she didn’t care she just said that there was only 1 doctor working here and that I would have to wait even after I was called. Wish I can rate this 0 stars don’t give this place business

Overall friendly and efficient staff. Good system for wait time updates (live-time position in line). Carmelle NP clearly explained my treatment and patiently answered my questions.
