I brought in a friend for an urgent checkup last week.
Everything was fine and everyone was helpful except for the doctor that was working at that time, Robin Kaminsky.

She was extremely unprofessional, inattentive, and she gave the impression that she didn’t want to be there or if she was in a hurry to be somewhere else. She was in and out of the room in the span of 2 minutes. She barely checked on the patient, but had enough energy to be condescending the whole time.
I highly doubt my friend and I are the first folks to go through this horrible experience with her nor are the last. (Look up reviews under her name)
Exer, please do better… for an urgent care establishment of your caliber, this was such an unprofessional and unhelpful experience.

We did a walk-in to this clinic to do a chest X-Ray and the process of checking in to see a doctor was easy 👍🏼! The place was clean, well lit, and well maintained. Customer service was also great 💯; the insurance lookup was quick and the nurses were friendly and assuring. In terms of payment, they didn't try to add weird or hidden costs, which I am sure everyone would appreciate.

The only issue I had was the wait time, it took us 2 hours before a doctor attended to us. Nevertheless, I did a walk-in, so it's understandable!

Overall, I had a pleasant experience here and would recommend it to anyone needing emergency care.

NOTE: Everyone probably knows this, but get your health insurance. I paid $20 in total for this particular visit. Without it? It's probably going to cost above a hundred bucks.

I had the best Urgent Care experience at your office. Everyone was so polite, kind and efficient. There was WIFI provided, the check-in process was easy, the patient information was to the point and the wait time was very minimal. The entire office was very clean and my daughter appreciated the toys in the patient room. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for an urgent care. 10/10

I visited the clinic yesterday. All of my care team were thorough, professional, helpful and courteous. When you don't feel good this certainly helps one feel they're being taken good care of. I have visited this location at least 3-4 times and have always had a positive visit. Highly recommend.

I was feeling miserable with a bad cold and multiple other symptoms. Jose, the desk assistant went out of his way to help me register. His kindness is exactly what I needed to ease the stress of visiting an urgent care while caring for my 2 year old granddaughter. Jose is absolutely a compliment to your organization.
The provider, Phyllis, was informative and professional.
In spite of not feeling well, I came away with a good feeling about Exer and would highly recommend it to others.

My son received excellent care here. As tourists who had just arrived from LAX with our suitcases in tow, we had no insurance or experience with the U.S. healthcare system. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and patient with us, and the doctor we saw was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Received excellent care here for a broken bone. Staff were all very caring and I'm very grateful the X-ray tech was working late that day. The PA was excellent and gave great advice for seeing a specialist. There was a bit of a wait to be seen but considering the staff and the number of people ahead of me, I can't complain about that.

Every time I come here it’s a disaster. Their WiFi is ALWAYS down or they’re expecting internal computer issues and therefore unable to 1. Sign patients in 2. Process, see or treat patients 3. Unable to call in necessary prescriptions Regardless of what the website wait time tells you, add an extra 1-2hours if you’re coming to this particular Exer. Save yourself the time, energy and frustration and just go to the Playa Vista Exer Urgenf Care. The only thing this location is consistent at delivering is giving you an additional headaches and wasting your time.
