It was a great experience starting with the scheduling staff and ending with the tech who did my test. The front desk staff Kerim and Pier were professional, friendly and efficient. There was a problem with my family member’s copay, which Carol took care of immediately. My tech, Lisa was fantastic.

I have been coming here for years and have always been treated professionally and have had my tests done quickly. The ladies behind the desk are very nice and the techs that I have had the pleasure of meeting are very understanding and sensitive to any discomfort I was experiencing due to my condition. I have seen people who walked in get upset because they had a wait, but you should expect that if you are a walk in. Other people have appointments and a wait is no big deal. Love this place!

I received a voice-mail that my MRI copay was $100. As I was signing here, here, here, and here and as I was being told to complete this questionnaire.... an owner radiologist stood beside me at the front desk. She was speaking to a group of 3 women. I couldn't help but overhear.... the cervical MRI costs $625 but we'll only charge you $25. After completing the MRI questionnaire, I'm being told my copay is over $300. Let's add more salt to the wound now.... my MRI was scheduled for 11:30. I'm still waiting for my MRI and it's 12:10

Roxanna and Mary the two Hispanic ladies doing the MRI , were amazing. They helped me get through my fear of claustrophobia and I was able to get the MRI completed. I appreciate them so much!

The liquid all leaked out , Therefore the results were inconclusive.My Dr ordered with contrast and without contrast …. I told the tech when she brought me out , the liquid all leaked out !!
She replied ; OH THATS OK , IT DOESNT MATTER, I SAID REALLY , MY DR ORDERED IT WITH CAST N WITHOUT CONTRAST……SERIOUSLY HOW DOES THAT NOT MATTER? This is my body n this is my health, I paid the co-pay for the MRI OF MY LIVER WHICH WAS INCONCLUSIVE AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE AGAIN RIGHT AWAY !!

My wife went in for an MRI and a eb study, she paid up front. They had all of our insurance information, 3 weeks later we see that our insurance payed them, then 2 weeks later they paid for the other procedure. Then they sent us a bill in the mail. We contacted them to let them know that they owed us 178.78$. they confirmed that they owed us. It's now been 7 months and 30 phone calls to them and still no refund. When I went to the office a woman next to me at front desk said it happened to her to and she had to contact her lawyer. What a scam!!!!

The new port Richey branch is horrible. The staff is extremely rude and ignorant. They can’t read and messed up my treatment multiple times. The staff ignores people just so they can go on lunch. Never go to this place, they have hired people with no empathy or regard for sick people.

Maria used to work there she was amazing but now the service sucks.
