Very few glasses selection of glasses to choose from. The store is very slow in making glasses. It take forever getting the glasses. The normal lenses are very thick. I have to return my first pair as the lenses sticks out from the frame. My overall experience with his store was horrible. They're are trying to make money from every possible way.

My husband and I love how the place has state of the art equipments, they are clean and they have a varity selection on frames. The staffs are professional, friendly, and helpful. We enjoy the process of getting our eyes check and how the staff explain each steps. For our first visit, Dr. Nguyen assisted me with getting fitted with the right contact lense which I was so nervous for and the staff was patient in teaching me how to put on and removing them which I gain more confidence in doing after multiplied tries. Overall, we are happy with their wonderful service that we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great optometry.

I have been looking for a new optometrist and so happy to have found Excel Family Optometry. The appointment process was easy as they were able to accommodate my schedules. Upon checking in I was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel comfortable right away. I saw Dr. Nguyen. He was super nice and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain to me all of the findings and answered my questions. He fitted me with contacts and Sylvia taught me how to put them on and take them out of my eyes. I am loving my contacts so far. I also love their glasses. They have a lot of nice styles frames that I didn’t see at other places. Thank you Excel Family Optometry for taking great care of my eyes. I’m a new patient and I have to say I am very pleased with my visit. From the staff to Dr. Nguyen. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Dr. Nguyen was very informative and made the process smooth. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me and answered my questions. They even help you find the right glasses and they have a great selection of glasses. Would definitely recommend!

Hi! Unfortunately I have not been to the eye doctor in years, however I had noticed a change in my eyesight and needed to find an eye doctor that was reliable and trusting. I am so happy I decided to come to Excel family optometry! I had such a pleasant and welcoming experience. Both the techs and the optometrist made me feel very comfortable. This place is great! I came home from NYC to visit family and was recommended to come here. The service and experience was awesome from start to finish. Everything felt easy and very personal from checking in with Sylvia and picking my new glasses with Dr. Nguyen.

It has been a few years since the last time I got my eyes checked. Dr. Nguyen examined my eyes and was able to explain and walk me through each machine we used. He also explained some great details about our eyes and gave me some pointers on how to "exercise" my vision and protect them for longevity. Which other doctors have never really taken the time out to do. Usually it's in and out and just checking and having me read letters. I actually never knew what each machines really did until now.

After my eyes were checked and I got a prescription he walked outside to the main room to help me choose my new glasses. We went through many options and he was patient and helpful on choosing the right frames for my face and pulling all the styles I liked.

I highly recommend checking this place out!

Overall such a pleasant process. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and even stayed a few minutes after closing to help us out. I especially appreciated the new technology. It was fast and easy (no blowing air into the eye!)

Downside, I felt they had a limited selection of frames so I went elsewhere.

I highly recommend going here. The staff was friendly from the time I walked in. They did the COVID check but didn't make it awkward like some places do.

The Doctor, Dr. Nguyen was great. Took his time explaining things to me and talking about options because I was looking at going to contacts for reading. He also talked about other options as a backup since I was tired of taking my reading glasses in and off all of the time.

When it came time for training on the contacts, they were all so patient and helpful. They took their time and helped me, even the Doctor.

This came from a suggestion from someone on my Nextdoor app a d I will be sure to do the same.
