It took me a little bit to even get answers to my questions. My doctor wanted me to get a blood pressure monitor and my insurance pays for it so I contacted them. From the moment my doctor sent the prescription over not once did they call me. I had to keep calling them to find out if everything was okay with my prescription. Of course it wasn’t so I had my doctor send the proper paperwork over however they still didn’t contact me I waited a few days and had to call them. They had the proper paperwork and said I could pick up my device. When I went in to get it I the lady who helped didn’t show me how to use it nor did she ask what my dominant hand was. The cuff says left hand which I can’t put it on my left arm because I’m left handed and have no one to assist me. The directions are so vague they didn’t help me at all. I finally emailed the manufacturer and I’m waiting for their response. I used Everything Medical a long time ago when my ex-husband had his hip replaced and they were phenomenal. I wish I knew why the deteriorated so much! It’s not like there’s an abundance of medical supply stores in Bath NY! They are it!

If I could give zero Stars I would. The only person there that has ever been decent to me is one of the technicians and that's only because I've known him for years prior. The women in the office have been rude and they take advantage of anyone with any kind of disability by overcharging tremendously! I bought a motorized wheelchair from them and needed repairs done a few years later and they don't sell those kinds of chairs anymore so they left me having to find someone on my own who would repair a chair that I didn't buy from them. Who does that?! If they were a decent company to work for, the man that put me into the chair that I got wouldn't have went to work somewhere else, I'm sure. Take your business elsewhere, trust me will be better off.

First, let me say, we have very good medical insurance.....my neighbor does not. I went there to pick up cpap stuff for my husband. My neighbor went with me to do the same. They were polite to me and d8dnt talk down to me even though i didnt even really know what i was sent there for...soon i was done so i waited for my neighbor to he also. The staff was extremely condescending toward her. She has put off going there and getting her needed supplies for months because of money issues. They proceeded to berate her until we left and she fought back tears the whole way home. Im not ok with that at all.....and nobody else should be either!!!

The person working there is not knowledgeable in medical supplies. No help at all. The only thing she kept saying was call the Corning store and talk to them they know more than me. She wouldn't even offer to call .Which I think should be part of her job. There was no one else in store so she surely wasn't busy. Finally I said why can't you call and check and she said well I guess I can. That store has nothing in stock it's all in Corning. They should close the Bath store.

This is a fantastic medical supply store. Friendly welcome and Dawn is amazing. This is the first new CPAP machine in 20 plus years. I'm stunned at how quiet this unit is. Dawn was very helpful in making my decision on a type of headgear. Dawn knows her CPAP gear for sure and for certain. Thanks Everything Medical.

If could rate a zero stars I would, the woman in charge was very condescending, RUDE I can't believe that in this day and age a small business could be so lacking in customers skills when selling medical equipmen! Go to the Corning location!

They deliver the beds that are used by Hospice patients in a very professional and respectful manner. Everyone at the store is very helpful when you go in.
