Decided to write a review since my experience was nothing like some of the other reviews I see (maybe they have improved since those!) I was fitted for a CPAP and Janelle was very courteous, helpful and professional. My appointment started right on time and was very efficient, but not rushed- I had ample time for any questions. Janelle guided me to a mask choice based on my needs and preferences. They had all the billing details sorted out with my insurance before I arrived and also advised on what spare/replacement parts my insurance covers and at what frequency. They also followed up by phone a few days later to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any other questions. There is a lot to know to use a CPAP and I felt very well prepared to get started that night. No complaints!

I had a horrible experience with this business. The only reason I am even giving it 1 star is because there are 1 or 2 people of the 5 (5 plus?) people that work there that have decent customer service. Jolene at the Corning site is super rude. I complained to Sabrina, the manager at the Corning site, and all she did was defend Jolene's rudeness. I am not sure if I should try to escalate this concern to the owner or not, because I suspect that person will also just defend Jolene and Sabrina. It's pretty sad that this is a business that is supposed to be helping people in need of medical supplies and there is little to no kindness and little to no customer service...

UPDATE 08/31/2021: I avoided this place for two years, but I decided to see if they had made any improvements and took a chance last week to see if they could help me with a piece of equipment I needed. Called today (3 or 4 business days later), because I had not heard anything from them, despite their promise to call me. Sabrina was extremely unprofessional and rude to me and gave me a huge story about how busy she and the other workers are in the office etc etc etc. How they can’t find anyone to hire because people don’t want to work anymore. How just last week she went to a restaurant and there weren’t enough waiters to wait on them etc etc etc. How hard her job is and how she’s only one person and can only do so much etc etc etc. I suggested she put me through to a voicemail of someone who might be able to help me. I also suggested implementing some cross training among the people who work there. All I got was excuses and rudeness. I called the owner afterwards and complained again. Obviously the customer service of this place has not improved in two years despite my initial complaint. Hopefully the owner will handle it this time, because the Corning store is still a mess!

Bought a drink and sat in my car because it's hot out, 20 minutes later I was asked to go park somewhere else. I guess I'll get my equipment in painted post.

Wish i could give them a zero direspectful and unwilling to help basically outright refusing to help me brcause they assume my insurance dont pay. And the lady was rude when saying definitely reporting them too their manager possibly owner depending on how far i wanna take . Thumbs down. Never again. Im beginning to think i was treated in a discriminatory way. Definitely will be taking up with manangement.

I was greeted by a friendly staff to have a wrist brace fitted. They quickly fitted me for my brace and out the door within 10 minutes.

Wonderful place to find generally all medical needs. Friendly staff and it is in a good location. It just took a little bit for them to get back to me on a knee brace that I needed.
