My 5 year old broke her ankle and has been struggling to get around. She didn’t quite understand the concepts of crutches and it was determined by her doctor that it was more of a danger to herself to use them. Everything medical called yesterday to arrange delivery and delivered a pink, child-sized, walker to our home this morning. A very nice gentleman arrived with the walker already assembled and demonstrated how to use it and now she is getting around without any issues. I’m so thankful that we were able to quickly find a solution that works and doesn’t include me carrying her around!

So today we went in to pick up something for my sister in law, my hubby payed while my sister-in-law and I walked around and as we started to walk out the manager yelled out "are you going to pay for that?" Infront of several people!! Even the people leaving behind us were shocked. I have never ever been so embarrassed. If you are not sure then place the item in a bag to know its payed for. I realize with the crazy steeling these days its a problem however the manager could have had a little more class!! Probably won't ever go back.

I called a week ago to have someone come look at my air mattress. I was rudely told that they didn't know when someone could come out. Then someone called me on Monday saying that a tech would be out today (Thursday). I stayed home all day waiting and nobody showed up or called. I called the office and was told the tech who was supposed to come called in sick. I was again told that they didn't know when someone would be out. Terrible service!! One star is being gracious, in my opinion!!

The 3 femme folks working at the store when I came to rent a wheelchair were wonderful. My spouse and bestfriend went in to rent the wheelchair for me for an event we were doing, as I had a neuropathy flare up and could not walk. We came back about 2 hours later to return it, and they felt so bad that it was such a short rental that they refunded 2/3 of the rental cost! This was so so noticed and appreciated, as being disabled can be expensive and that had cut into our gas money to get home. I do not live in the area but would recommend them to everyone!

Now, I did inquire and they do not do partial-day rentals nor did I go in expecting a discount. They extended an incredible kindness to me and for their hearts and customer service I make this recommendation.

Tara was so patient with me. I had to called everyday to make sure the correct paper work got sent to her for billing my insurance . She ways always so sweet and understanding . Thank you Tara for that. In the end I got this amazing pink scooter. That we now call the Pink Cadillac. Couldn’t be happier . An older gentlemen was even so kind to adjust it for me.Thank you all that helped.

My wife and I have been customers with Everything Medical since they first opened on hilltop about 13 years ago. We had the pleasure of meeting a young man named Joe that had a great ambition to start a medical supply business, and we found him to be a very conscientious, thoughtful and knowledgeable business owner. Over the years we have done a good deal of business with his company, and we are filled with joy for the success he has demonstrated. He now owns the largest medical supply store in the North State, and in that process he has assembled and trained a very knowledgeable supportive staff to assist folks with their medical requirements
And now Joe is in a 10,000 square foot complex and has all of the supplies and equipment on hand for his customers. That required an administrative assistant be brought on board by the name of "Danni" She runs the day to day operations that keeps everything flowing very smoothly. So you always feel like the most important person by the support staff and the office staff when you come in with questions and needs for your well-being.
It is an honor to be able to share this evaluation for a man that has grown into a very confident and trustworthy businessman.
With that success, he has also been a great example to his business peers through generous giving to many causes in the North State. So my wife and I have come back in today to purchase a second scooter after13 years, from a man that told us when we bought it, that it was a quality product. After 13 years of hard use. We are back for another one. We would like to say thanks to Joe and his staff for steering us right once again.
