I am a Family Physician who developed a direct inguinal hernia in early 2020 and have put off surgery because of covid. I had fashioned a makeshift truss out of ACE bandage and half a small foam football, that worked adequately but was cumbersome to put on and did not stay in place well. A family member bought me the inguinal truss from this website and I am impressed..! It is BOTH easy to put on and stays in place. Well engineered, IMHO. Disclaimer: I am at ideal body weight (BMI 25) and this MAY not work (not sure) as well in someone with a belly.
