Met my new Doctor today. She was nice and actually took the time to listen to my concerns. Unlike most Doctors running in the room and back out in five minutes.. Hopefully we can grow old together, I hate switching Doctors. Dr Baier was great! ***Follow-up I had a few questions after my visit regarding test results. I messaged thinking I would get the Dr. but instead a nurse responded a few times and didn't answer my questions. I feel like she was rude and not helpful at all. I canceled my follow-up visit and went somewhere else.

Doctor was nice however did NOT do her job well!! Forgot to order labs causing me to have to return a 2x to draw blood. Said prescriptions where order that were not. Failed to test me for what I originally went for. The in house Pharmacy calls says ready for pick up then get there it's like I made it all up. 3X NOW WASTING MY TIME AND GAS TO BE LOOKED AT LIKE I HAVE 4 HEADS! GLAD THIS PLACE IS CLOSING

This is my closest urgent care and I have Cigna medical. You would think this would make things more fluid....NOT! I would give Doctors 3+ stars for service and short wait to get in (probably because its mostly hidden) Im taking away stars because of the asinine way to enter the pharmacy.... I entered through urgent care, dropped off scripts, went outside to talk in privacy to my family about my health and the door was locked. Individuals behind the desk on the Pharmacy side (not directly in the pharmacy) had headset on and told the people inside to signal to me to go BACK AROUND the dark building and re-enter again through urgent care. So I had to touch the urgent care door 3 times total. I'm not even at the office for anything viral and sadly Id likely get introduced to something else just to get to the pharmacy. GRR!! I've learned my lesson, keep meds at Frys even though I have Cigna, it doesnt mean it will work better. The pharmacy door should stay open, super inconvenient! Hate for someone to have really been sick or couldnt walk from illness. There was a security guard there and a sign that couldnt be read on the door due to the lighting. FIX IT CIGNA! This does not work.

I love my PCP but the urgent care which I use somewhat often due to an ongoing condition, was closed. The providers in the urgent care were superb as well! I'm no longer happy with the Evernorth group as they have made numerous changes that negatively impact the patients over the past 18-24 months. I don't feel they have the medical consumers best interest in mind.
Had I known I would now be stuck with sitting in an emergency room I would have changed my medical plan when I was able. Shady!

I've been a regular patient of Cigna now Evercare N group for more than 7 years. I'm a retired medical professional with extensive billing background.
What I can say positively....The staff and physicians are phenomenal!! Their your companies only saving grace rn. The constant change in management and billing is 100% why this review is so low. They refuse to bill my insurance even tho it does have very good out of network benefits. Their cash pay price is no longer "affordable". After speaking with the billing department it's clear that Evercare is essentially upcharging visits for optimal yield from both the insurance companies and patients. Which IMO should be classified as corporate greed. Yalls billing reactions to being called out for not honoring the general 50% discount for cash pay...."Go find another facility" speaks VOLUMES for how little this company cares about retaining you as their patient. Which is sad. Unfortunately with my complex history I've no choice but to be financially screwed by these people. For those reading....Again the care is great. Just watch your billing!!

Great doctors! I still stand behind this! I was super excited to be back with cigna! I get to see my most fave CNP Cathy! Even if I forgot your first name when scheduling...its has been a few years and Im an old lady! Lol I would give Cathy a zillion stars if I could, she is the best doctor I have encountered in my adult life, that's important to a person! Anyhoooo.... The reason for my update! The scheduling lady, idk if she is a nurse or tech...idk her name, but SHE IS SUCH A B! SHE MUST HATE HER JOB!!!!!!! I was over joyed to encounter your negative energy, rude demeaner, and superior attitude at 8 am! Your way of making everything you say drip with such distain was an actual delight! I think you should ask for a raise! Everyone LOVES to go to the Doctor, and you just added to the experience! Bravo sister! Cathy I will never forget your name again, and I will see you at the end of next month. 😊😊😊
