Doctors and staff are extremely considerate and caring of my ailments and problems. They give me plenty of time to discuss what they find during their thorough examination. Many of the tests ordered are taken care of locally within the building. I've recommended this facility to my family and friends.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. McArthur, she is very easy to speak with and will help to address all your concerns. She made me feel heard and respected which is rare for physicians. I absolutely would recommend her to anyone!

No impathy for my health concerns or needs. I've been in the medical field 30 yrs. Don't waste your time or money. Unless enjoy chasing your prescriptions at the wrong pharmacy an or holding your Rx refill for Lad results in the meantime you feel terrible. You schedule an appointment with the Doctor then told you can on see the NP. Sorry folks been a patient here 3 years this is my experience the name changed and so did the service.

The rudest staff I have ever had the displeasure of meeting!
Stephany the nurse didn't say hello, and snapped at me numerous times. When she finally asked " What's the problem today?" She said I can only be treated for 1 thing. ? When the nurse practitioner came in SAME ATTITUDE , she" corrected " stephany and said she can only see me for 2 issues. Since time is limited. ? Xray chick was horrible!! No bedside manner, no empathy, no respect!! I wanted to cry when I left feeling, I wasn't important enough to speak to or help. I will be charged ALOT for this visit, and they did NOTHING! I will avoid this location at all costs.

I went to this Cigna Location because of where I resided and my Doctor who was the best I have ever had. Dr. Mahesh Matthews. He was wonderful. He was my doctor for years started in Mesa, AZ. The nurses were awesome to me personally. Miss all very much! Want to add Cigna is nice to their patients not like screwed up Central TX clinics. Miss you all!

We have been a patient of dr Adler for 28 years! Unfortunately She has retired. She was such a lady. Wonderful dr! Always going straight to the point never forgot our medical history. Attentive, listened when we had concerns, caring , loving and compassionate ! Seeing her on her last day was heart breaking. We couldn’t stop crying . She was the best of the best. Definitely at loss without her. She is greatly missed! there are moments when we hoping for her to change her mind and come back but that isn’t reality. She deserves her retirement. She unconditionally took care of us and hundred of other patients for 3 decades. Hope she is enjoying her time with her family 🙂 We miss you Laura ! You are one of a kind !

My daughter and I have been coming here for our eye checkups and glasses for several years now. The staff and doctors are always super courteous and friendly . The main reason we always go back, even after moving, is Tom Jones. After the doc checks our eyes, he's always helped us with finding the perfect frames and getting us the glasses we want quickly and efficiently. As long as Tom is there, we'll be going back.

I'm left dumbfounded as to how this place can add "Medical" to its name. A family member has spent months making specific medical inquiries to get NO answers. Just shooed away concerned about their health. As a concerned adult child should, I intervened for my aging parent. Though I had my parent with me, all the information, and appropriate documentation, they still refused to answer the questions my parent had regarding health.

I then spent my out of pocket money for a more thorough re-examination and my parent was able to get all questions quickly and thoroughly answered with NO issues. Cigna will NOT get another dime.
