I wish I would have just gone back to aventa even though it’s a drive the people there are 100% better and they won’t waste your time like they do here. I made an appointment and I was 10 weeks along at the time. 1st appointment and all they had me do was pee in a freaking cup. Plus no one was grabbing any of the cups so there were a few piled up in there. Once I got to a room they told me to come back in a month. Like what?!? I made this appointment for an ultrasound to check on my baby and nothing of the sorts even happened. DO NOT GO HERE unless you are okay wasting your time.

I've been going here since 2013, i believe, when they were known as ladies first. I've loved all of the staff they've had through the years. I won't go anywhere else. They helped me with my first pap, all of my annual exams, my endometriosis journey and now my pregnancy!!!!!!! Thank you all soo much for everything you do!

I cannot say enough great things about Ladies First! Everyone there was so nice and professional. I was not looking forward to the visit because it was for my 13 year old daughter who had developed a ovarian cyst. I was nervous and my daughter was extremely nervous. Each and every person made her feel at ease and comfortable. Everyone was personable. The office itself was very clean and beautiful. I had a hard time finding someone to see my daughter quickly. I called Ladies First and explained my situation, and I had an appoinment in two days. My daughter had so many questions, and they had answered and explained everything to her before she had even asked. I had a wonderful experience at Ladies First.

Went for my first appointment. They did NOTHING, only did my blood work because I mentioned my HCG had been high, then told me they didn't have access to past labs without bothering to ask me to bring them in when setting up initial appointment. Additionally they told me they couldn't do the ultrasound because they had no more spots for the day.... it's a 10 weeks appointment and my first appointment at this point I've had no imaging done, what exactly did this clinic expect the appointment to be for if not imaging and bloodwork screening? All this after I got called back 1/2 an hour after my appointment. This was so unprofessional and heartbreaking as a new mom with lots of concerns and questions. Very disappointed with the service of this clinic. Lastely the receptionist gave me a different patients appointment card with their appointments on it so I had to call back, confirm when my appointment actually was, and then tell her about her error, HIPPA out the window I guess.

What experience For the LAST time, I’ve shown up & surprise…we had to cancel your appointment. Ohhh…notice would of been nice. Receptionist tells me she tried to call me November 17th but my number said unavailable. I mean, did you think maybe try calling more then once? I’ve received emails as of day prior reminding me of my appointment. This is not the first time it’s happened. Every time I was able to be seen, after a ridiculously long wait…your provider is no longer with us. Here’s the new one. Starting over w/ life story. Completely over the unprofessional atmosphere. My time is valuable & clearly not recognized. Taking my health care elsewhere.

I am not sure which doctor I saw at this practice (Enterprise location), but as someone who has never been to an OBGYN clinic outside of Lyster Army Health Clinic, and who has very severe anxiety about anything pap/ultrasound/etc. related, I have to applaud the doctor.

She was professional, calm, understanding, and worked to ease my very high nerves. She did not judge my childfree status whatsoever. I never received any intense questioning or had the belief that she thought I was abnormal, mentally ill, etc. what other people around here think of childfree folks. It was easy to connect with her as she used to work for the NHS and I am a biology student about to graduate with my bachelor's degree. We had a fun chat about how she used to work with Dr. Fauci and some biology laboratory stories.

I was calmed enough to the point I provided a pelvic ultrasound, even though it ended up being so agonizingly painful I was nauseous for a majority of my day. We found a fibroid, though it might not be the source of what is wrong with me. She answered my questions about surgical options, and then forwarded me to Dr. Voss at the Dothan location.

Overall, I had a very great stay. No wait time (I did come at the first available appointment, however), did not take too long, overall calm atmosphere and their new location is lovely.

My husband and I found out we were pregnant at 6 weeks, 3 days. At my 9 week appointment, I was marked as high risk from my own personal issues. Since then, Dr. Gowan and Dr. Voss have been nothing but supportive, patient, and caring. They answer all of my questions, monitor me and my daughter very carefully, and make sure that we are staying safe and healthy. I've never waited more than 20 minutes to get called back, and I'm always finished with my appointment within an hour, which I think is great compared to most doctors. The receptionists and phlebotomists are fantastic as well, always asking how you are, making fun conversation and always seems caring and efficient. I couldn't ask for a better support team for me and my child!

All of the nurses are a joy to see whenever I arrive for my appointments. My OB Lisa and my doctor Voss always answered any questions or concerns that I may have had. I went to them for my second pregnancy with my son and currently going to them again for a 3rd pregnancy. Also, my phone calls have always been returned within the same day. Never had a problem with call back turn around.
