I have been seeing Marc for the past couple of years. He is not a Doctor. He is a PA-C. A physician assistant-certified. That doesn't matter to me because he is the best medical provider that I have ever known. His knowledge is superior and will always take the time to answer any questions that you may have. You may have to wait a little when you go to see him. It is because he takes his time to help everyone he sees without making them feel rushed. The office staff is great and I would recommend EMC to anyone. The prices are very reasonable also.

Marc is the best I have ever worked with. He will take what ever time is needed to solve your health issues. My whole family has used him as our PCP for at least 5 years. He is great with most all general family practice needs as well as doing anti aging and PRP and stems for bad joints.

Best doctor I have ever had!

Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the new nurse/receptionist is extremely rude. Called in to schedule an appointment and she straight up yelled at me to make sure I can go to the appointment for no reason? I was nice and explained that I had to make sure I can leave work and she started going off on me for no reason. I still called to confirm I could make the appointment once I talked to my job. Extremely unprofessional!

Dr. McCollaum and his team are fantastic! The moment you walk into the practice you are greeted with a big smile from Maxine and Meghan. His RN Bonnie is kind and highly knowledgeable and puts you at ease. Dr. McCollaum will take his time to listen to your needs and help you with the most innovative treatment therapy. I highly recommend Estates Medical Center!

First visit was par for the course but my second appointment was at 8 am. I showed up ten minutes early to an office that was dark. A women showed up and turns the lights on just before 8 and told me very bluntly that I would be seen when the receptionist gets there. 18 minutes later with no receptionist I left. It was very disrespectful of my time to set up an 8am appointment when your people don’t even arrive untill close to 830. And I was given no explanation for why this person was late or when to expect them.

I had many medical complications and it was just getting worst. I came to EMC thru a contact in the family and he noticed that I had been given a medication I was allergic to. 10 other doctors failed to notice this, but this doctor saw the problem. He was patient, to listen to my concerns. The fact I was there for over an hour to sort things out didnt bother him one bit. I certainly wont be going anywhere else when I have the need for a doctor. I have found someone I trust and can feel happy to put money in his hands becuase I know he is doing things right. Other doctors would have killed me at teh rate they were going.
