Every single appointment they schedule is at a minimum 1 hour wait on a fast day. They’ll tell you that they can see you quick to accommodate your work schedule and then you will still wait over an hour. I’ve had to reschedule two appointments while I’m at the office because it has taken so long to get seen even with an appointment. Absolutely horrible treatment of patients. The person at the front desk will just say I understand repeatedly and do nothing to help and the schedulers on the phone will just say sorry. Avoid this place.

Rude staff members and truly some of the worst communication I’ve ever experienced anywhere. They never answer phone calls you’re just directed through their automated system. Thy only answer on their Klara message system after a week each time you want to communicate something. They missed an appointment then took 2 weeks to finally reach back out to reschedule it despite many voicemails and messages left.
Pushed treatments that were just bandaids vs other options that can actually resolve the issue.

Twice scheduled me for telehealth and never called. Scheduled me for an lower lumbar MRI which showed an ovarian mass. Only found out about the mass because the results were also (mistakenly) sent to my Pulmonologist who promptly called me. I haven't heard anything from him. The MRI was for a surgery consult which he recommended and I finally said yes to. So very disappointed.

I recently had the misfortune of scheduling an appointment with Dr. Ersno Eromo MD, and I must say that it was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered. From the moment I contacted his office, the level of incompetence and lack of basic customer service was astounding.

First and foremost, the front desk staff at Dr. Eromo's office were utterly useless. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism and failed to provide even the most basic assistance. Not only did they provide me with the wrong address initially, but when I arrived at the alternative location, they seemed completely clueless about the whereabouts of the doctor's office they were supposed to be working with. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is simply unacceptable.

Moreover, the office itself, located in downtown, was a dismal and filthy environment. The lack of ventilation made it difficult to breathe, and the air conditioning, if it was even functioning, was clearly inadequate. The overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, and it was evident that hygiene and maintenance were not priorities for Dr. Eromo.

The final straw came when I canceled my appointment immediately upon arriving and witnessing the abysmal state of the front desk. It became apparent that my time and money were better spent elsewhere, with a doctor who values punctuality, professionalism, and basic customer service.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing Dr. Ersno Eromo MD as your healthcare provider. The incompetence of his front desk staff, the unclean and poorly ventilated office, and the overall lack of respect for patients' time and well-being are all red flags that cannot be ignored. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking medical care from a doctor who truly values and respects your time and health.

Dr. Eromo is a very competent and skilled surgeon. After my spinal surgery I was and felt very well taken care of by the nurses and also Dr. Eromo’s pleasant smile and kindness helped calm me down which was emotionally healing pre and post operation. Highly recommend him!

Megan Morra was very insensitive to the fact that I had a very severe car accident . She should really learn how to speak to someone who went through what I went through . She literally deals with patients as if she’s running a business , and does not want any patients who don’t fall in line with being treated this way . She asked me that I should find another doctor the first telemedicine appointment and the way she talked , she really should find another job , not deal with car accident patients

The staff are nice, but this was otherwise a complete waste of a year seeing this doctor.

Always an impossibly crowded waiting room with at least an hour to an hour and a half wait time beyond your scheduled appointment time.

Never looked at the results of tests (nerve conduction studies and MRIs) he ordered, only scheduled more and more follow-up appointments where he repeated the same information and looked at the same MRI that I had done myself before ever seeing him.

Did not listen when I told him that pain had gotten worse and mobility had become increasingly limited and only wanted to repeatedly prescribe me tramadol which I did not want.

I eventually had to start seeing a NUCCA Chiropractor who was able to do more in one visit, both with correcting the upper cervical issues as well as informing me of the results of my MRIs and the condition of my spine and neck, than had been done for the entirety of the time I'd been going to Dr. Eromos office.

He has good reviews, so I suppose he works for some people. But for myself, not so much.
