I am writing this review to hopefully get some sort of recourse in the this matter. I was illegally discharged from this clinic without notification due to their rude and power hungry receptionist (Sandie) that answers the phone. It started with me calling to get a refill on my asthma medication. I was planning on moving out of state so I could not make an appointment to refill my meds like they wanted me to. Sandie was very rude to me over the phone when I told her I was moving and could not make an appointment. As a result we exchanged words and i cursed at her and hung up. Fast forward a couple of weeks and my move fell through meaning I was now running out of my asthma medication. I called to make an appointment and had it scheduled for Jan 20, 2025. A few days after scheduling my appointment I had to call back and beg them to refill my medicine as I could not breathe. Sandie answered the phone and was again rude to me. I asked her to put someone else on the phone as she was mad at me and biased. She continued to argue with me and assert her dominance by stating over and over that I could not speak to anyone else as she is the manager. I demanded to speak to someone else. Finally she just put me on hold and the NP Trevor came on and was so kind and knowledgeable. He explained why I had to have an appointment to get my meds but was also nice enough to refill my meds since I had an appointment scheduled. All was good at the time until the date of my appointment was approaching and I had not received any notifications or reminders like I normally do. I could not remember what time it was scheduled for so I called early that morning and surprise Sandie answered the phone and I explained I had an appointment but did not know the time. She asked for my info which I provided and she then said " you've been discharged from this clinic" and then immediately hung up on me. This is unbelievable and unacceptable to treat patients like this. I needed that appointment and now finding a new doctor which new patient appointments take months to get seen. I would love to know if the Doctor knows this woman is ruining her practice with her power trip mindset. If I could give this zero stars I would.

The staff very polite, very attentive, and the doctors are very stern in your care to make sure that you get the best quality help that they can provide as long as you follow the rules meaning take heat to the things that they tell you concerning your health and you’ll have a very prosperous, long, healthy life

I checked in 10 minutes before my appointment. There was only one other person in the lobby so the wait wasn’t long. I was called back less than 5 minutes after checkin. I was placed in a room and sat and waited for almost 45min. I heard people leaving and when I opened the exam room door, many of the lights were off in the building. I walked to the front desk and noticed the empty lobby. I asked the two ladies at the desk was anyone still there because I’ve been waiting in the exam room for quite a bit. They in formed me that the doctor was still with a patient so I went back to the exam room I was placed in. Another 10 minutes went by and a woman walked in stating she was the nurse practitioner. She was kind and stated she was running behind. And go figure my blood pressure was elevated when she checked it. I would’ve like to have gotten the heads up that my doctor was unavailable and there would be a wait from the staff but I sat starving and feeling forgotten about. There are signs posted in multiple areas listing extensive fees due to appointment no shows/cancelling or rescheduling. Has it ever occurred to the establishment that if other patients are having the same experience as me, then you as a provider aren’t being considerate of my time either. I shouldn’t have to go through mental gymnastics to receive adequate care.
