For two years you guys were great until the start of this year. Instead of a transfer for therapists you guys discharged me in the middle of crisis and I keep getting jerked around by every manager. If you struggle with suicide and you care about your life and getting better DONT GO HERE they will abandon you and then jerk you around for weeks, instead of being professional and compassionate. Still waiting on that transfer, guys! Thanks so much! (Thank you deeply to the couple of people who did in fact try to help 🙏)

I only give two stars because I can't express how grateful I am for my therapist there. Name starts with M for privacy purposes. She's wonderful, great, check's in with me, and has been HELPING ME. More than the lot of them they have there. Sheena was great, she left. Cydney, and Rob. No help. Had to seek medicine management elsewhere because I was prescribed two medications and almost died from medical complications due to neglegence and malpractice and even fought with your psych in the office out loud for all your patients to see. Show's what unprofessional man you got working there. doing great with the new medication and place I chose. Sylvia is a wonderful manager with SUCH compassion for the people there don't you guys ever lose her. The new up front ladies are also kind. Nice new clean renovated office.

The psychiatrist that my son sees is absolutely amazing! He has done wonders for my son. The new therapist he sees is also awesome too. Both of them have been nothing short of a God send when helping with my son's problems. The reason they are not getting 5 stars is the fact his ex therapist called dcf on me saying I was physically abusing my son when I was not and that person who called and they know who it is needs to be fired for a false accusation! She also sucks when it comes to kids with autism, ODD, Adhd and IED. All she wants to do is sit and talk with your kid without you around when they are under 6 years old NOPE! That does not help at all. She needs her license taken away!

Nobody picks up on the phone lines, and nobody calls back to messages left on voice mail. I called three different numbers and left at least two messages and never got a response.

Update: 6-30-23. I've been with this group for a month or two now, and while the in-person visits have been friendly, I can't help but feel like either they're constantly bogged down, or maybe that they're grifting people that come to them for mental health care.

While they do typically send out the "Hey you have an appointment coming up" call as a reminder, I've found that attempting to call them works maybe 35% of the time. I'm a telehealth patient, and so far have been unable to get any sort of care due to them failing to contact me to provide the needed information to start the appointment. If I try to call in first, like previously mentioned, usually doesn't work.

If you can make the trip there physically, the facility and its staff seem rather nice and understanding (minus one doctor that didn't seem to care/listen to me during a physical appointment), but if you can't and have to rely on telehealth, you're better off looking elsewhere, unfortunately.

The place to take them. As a parent if you are concerned and call beginning with receptionist she is extremely rude. I keep living messages for Melanie and she won’t even take the time to call me. I don’t understand they are in detox and the first days they allowed PT to call home and said they want to kill them self and you call the center and none one bother to call you back. If you really have an issue with your love ones send them to a place that you can be part of their care
