My son's father passed away over a year ago and my son continues to receive a bill. It is small in amount. We kept in contact with the Jacksonville office and told them that there would be probate. There was a notice placed in the Jacksonville paper that handles the notification. The office on Hogan Street was sent a certified letter on how to file for payment through the courts. No application for payment was made by your company. There was a ninety day deadline. The probate is now over and those facilities that followed the courts instructions were paid. We continue getting a bill from you. The debt should be discharged since it was your failure to file.

Dr. Hayes and Margaret followed a loved one who was in an assisted living facility. It was so convenient having him receive regular, quality medical care without making appointments and trying to get a frail, elderly man, back and forth. The last few weeks of his life, they followed him closely, along with Hospice, to insure he could remain at his AL without going to the hospital. They made sure he was comfortable and always returned my calls in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I highly recommend.
