Absolutely awful! Tried to exhort me to pay something that I had already paid over a year ago! And billing me 7 times the cost of what it actually cost me!
Their representative are the worst totally useless so talk straight to a
Manager they will still try to racket you out of what you have paid ! Keep your receipts and do not pay those scammers.
It should be illegal to bill people for services already paid especially when the bill is 7 times more expensive than the amount you had paid!

I got a bill for my husband and you would think that getting Envision paid would be their goal. I called about getting a discount on our bill. A very nice gentleman authorized a discount on our bill which was great. I got transferred back to another service line to set up a payment plan. They didn't see the discount so they sent me back to senior billing to confirm the discount. They confirmed and sent me back to the payment plan service line. This happened THREE MORE TIMES. Then I get transferred to some random department that had nothing to do with billing, who then transfers me back to the payment plan folks who then can't even find the account at all. I had to hang up and collect myself as this was an incredibly frustrating process.
I JUST WANT TO PAY THE BILL, it shouldn't have to be so hard. I call back and a nice gentleman tells me again that they don't see the discount. He then tells me that in order to even get a discount I have to pay the full balance the same day and can't do a payment plan. Which the original discount rep did not tell me, he said I could do a plan. I ended up having to pay half the balance today. I think y'all need to have a legitimate meeting about simplifying and streamlining this process, reducing the amount of representatives a person has to talk to, and figure out your system so it updates when changes are made and so everyone can see those.
Times are tough and money is tight for pretty much everyone. Setting up a payment plan and getting paid should be your goal. If I were running this business, I would rather get paid incrementally than not at all and have to send a person to collections and would do everything in my power to make sure I made it as easy as possible for people who were just trying to make sure their bill got taken care of.

Got a bill from Envision a year and 3 months after delivery. Every other bill concerning the medical stay was billed, sent and paid to me(by various other companies and my health insurance has paid, and I have paid my part) and by me within a month of service. I called customer service and asked why I am getting a bill a full year and 3 months after the procedure. I was told that the insurance company would have to pay for their responsibility and I would pay the balance. There was a delay because the insurance company did not pay. I understand that, but I told the call service rep that I am no longer even using that particular health insurance company, so this is not evwn relevant, a year and 3 months after. I hadn't been using it for 6 months now. I was told that I would have to expect another bill, but they are not sure. I asked, when? Would I have to wait for another year? Wait for 2 years and 3 months, how about 15 years and 3 months? How would I know when I would be done with this company? I don't do my own billing. I am the patient. I was not told how much to expect my bill to be( no billing transparency), so I cannot subtract from an amount to know or balance that I might be owing them. What is the cost that I owe them, should the insurance not pay? I don't know? This is not ethical. It is actually evil!

BEWARE: This place is an absolute scam. The problem is most people that get a bill from envison are from a hospital visit. However, it is completely separate from the hospital. I contacted the hospital billing department and even they know these people are terrible and get complaints all the time.
My best advice: STAY ON TOP OF YOUR BILL. From the first day to the last otherwise they will send you to collections.

ABSOLUTELY A SCAM ... The doctor and hospital. I couldn't be more grateful.. Didn't realize I had an additional bill with my brain. New insurance, now I'm held accountable for a $1000. Okay it is what it is. But, try and go and work out a pymt program. Or let them know anything after receiving a email about an invoice what you think of there Assistance and Services. You cannot press 1 star, 2 stars, 3 stars or 4 stars. You you can only press 5 stars, what's wrong? That picture?

I have on 2 previous times to date assisted your staff in calling my insurance provider, and relaying all info needed in order to process this bill. Every other agency involved has been paid already as they have submitted paperwork correctly to the insurance company, this includes Brandon hospital as well as physicians seen at the satellite emergency room in Lakeland Florida. For whatever reason Envision has on multiple times submitted the bill incorrectly as confirmed by phone conversations with the insurance provider, even rejecting instructions sent to your staff from the insurance company on how to properly submit paperwork for payment. I shall not, nor will I be held financially responsible for incompetency on your staff’s part, nor will I take time out of my day to conduct business for envision physician services without being onboarded and on payroll

OMG! I wish I can give negative starts! This place just wants money from you!! They sent a bill from 2 years ago to collections claiming that I have not paid! They never sent me the bill directly or called about it (because as they claim their system does not allow them to make outbound calls - really?!) My daughter did see doctors around that time, but honestly I could not recall whether she saw the particular doctor or not. I did not want to deal with them and therefore agreed to pay the amount to them directly (I even have the bank transaction showing the payment), but they still argue that I have not paid. I am disputing this transaction with my bank! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Charged for services that were never authorized or agreed on through Bethesda. Insurance company paid them over $1000 and they still want $608 from me. Again, I never heard of them, seen anybody from that group, never signed any agreement for them to treat me.
Contacted them, they never responded. Now I will send them the check for $608 and a copy of the Small Claims Court filing that will be filed if they decide to cash the check.
