I always use dr. Heim to deliver my babies, and normally the staff is very nice and helpful. Today the Ladies at the front desk were very rude, wait time was ridiculous, camela and cele was very nice and accommodating. If it wasnt for the receptionist attitude and the long wait time I would have def given 5 stars.

I love the doctors and their staff! I've had the best experience with them, from losing a baby 3 years ago to now having my rainbow baby in my arms! Any time I needed anything, they were just a phone call away and would get with me promptly! I've never had a bad experience with them and feel so safe in their care. I couldn't have asked for a better team during my pregnancy! Special thanks to April-Dr. Pollard's nurse, she went above and beyond for me my entire pregnancy and I could never repay her! Thanks to everyone in the office, you guys are the best!

Had a terrible experience with NP Kandace Henderson Nurse. I called with pain while urinating & spotted Blood & called An left a message And the Nurse called me Back And I explained to her What was going On And she told me that I couldn’t Be Seen Because I owed $61 And went on to say she Got Locked out of my portal? So if she got Locked out of my portal How would she know what I owe? The nurse I talked to name was Tina and she was very rude. . And I dispute the claim because I only go once a year for only a Pap smear which is covered by my Insurance. After refusing to see me Tina told me to go to the ER And hung up the phone . This was so unprofessional on her & NP Henderson part And I will not be going back to Enterprise Women Center for anything. Not to mention a couple months ago NP Kandace Henderson prescribed me Antibiotics that I wasn’t supposed to take because I have Lupus and it’s in my chart. . I had an allergic reaction to the Antibiotics and had to be rushed to the ER Iwas dehydrated And had to get IV fluids And my Blood pressure was 216/106 And was told by the Doctor @ the ER I was @ heart attack/ stroke Level. . I was @ the ER for almost 5 hours until the Doctor could get my Blood Pressure down. I do not like the way I have been treated And it has been a Learning experience for me . I will never go back to see Nurse Practitioner Kandace Henderson And if you value your life you wouldn’t either.!!!

My first visit, everyone so far seemed nice. But the wait time is ridiculous.

My appointment was at 9:00 and I was never called to the back until 9:45.

The appointment was canceled after we were 8 minutes late. Ammie has been a patient for over 20 years. The cross eyed lady at the front desk was extremely rude and hateful when talking to her. She lied and stated that Ammie was 18 minutes late but that wasn’t true. Ammie will be pulling her file and going to a better doctor. I would recommend NOT using this doctor due to the incompetence at the front desk!

The staff is not the nicest or professional. If you are running more than 5 minutes late don't even bother driving up here because they will not see you! It doesn't matter how many years you have been coming to them! I have called and left several messages for the nurse and I still can't get them to call in refills and now I have to wait another month without my meds which is causing me more problems. I will find somewhere else to go. Dr Pollard is a nice and great dr but the staff and their window for appointments is ridiculous and not worth the hassle when things happen that is out of your control.

I’ve had a completely horrible experience with them. First thing the doctor would not address any of my concerns and just brushed me off. I called ahead of time about taking the maternity 21 blood test only to show up and them not have it. Then when it was time to do the anatomy scan the ultrasound tech was rude, would not tell me anything about my baby and only spent 10 minutes. Therefore I decided to transfer to a different doctor where there mess ups have only continued. I signed forms for them to release my records to me new doctor, which they did not do. I signed forms with my new doctor so they could get the records. They finally get them and they have information wrong on them and completely different from the information they had told me. I personally work in the medical field and all of this is unacceptable!
