Have been coming here for years with my son and they usually do an ok job. That has not been the case these last 2 visits. They totally missed my sons mono and didn't test him for anything on previous visit. I won't put the Doc on blast but it was the same one on both visits. Will not be back. Better off at the urgent care that done an excellent job.

So if my insurance paid for the original physical to be done, and I was not given a copy of said physical… why must I pay $30 out of pocket to get a copy of the updated form on file? ? that seems off. Are all doctors becoming money hungry? I have 7 kids in home, and it just seems like they don’t care that it’s needed for school, they want to see just how much they can drag out of you…

The lady on the phone pulled it up, said,”oh it’s up to date so just bring it in on your other child’s appointment and they can fill it out real quick”…. I get there and then I’m told “you can’t schedule another one physical until January, and I can’t give you a copy or fill out that form without the $30 charge”.

Also… LOVE the Doctors, but our nurse was very short and kinda snappy.. was not a nice visit at all.

I never thought I'd be sad to leave a pediatrician, but Dr. Ernest is simply irreplaceable. Such an amazing, smart woman. The front desk staff were beyond amazing when helping me understand awful Tricare. I'll forever be grateful for this place for helping us manage our first baby while living 3,000 miles away from home. Literally everyone was committed to our little girl when she was sick and as a first time mom, I needed that! 10000000% recommend this place!

Dr. Ernest is absolutely the best children’s doctor I’ve had . We're a military family and I have 2 kids 19 months and a newborn. She’s so informative and helpful, she’ll answer and explain any questions you have without making you feel like you’re a bother. I wish we could take her with us the our next duty station. Love her highly recommend.

I usually don't have anything negative to say about Enterprise Pediatric Clinic. My oldest has been going to the doctor at this clinic for the last 5 years and my youngest has since he was a newborn (he's just a little over 2). I love Dr. Ernest and any other doctor my children have seen has been pleasant and professional. I'm not happy with the staff I've recently had to speak with at the front desk and this is not the first time here recently. A young lady answered the phone rudely and cut me off mid sentence, I was not even done speaking with her about my child needing to be seen today but I stopped anyways. Maybe she is having a bad day, I'm not sure but her customer service was awful and nobody should be rushed or cut off in the middle of speaking, especially concerning a sick child. Very rude and unprofessional.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews on doctors. But this was just very unprofessional.

I just moved to the area & took my 4 month old in for her 4 month old shots. I had previously went into the office to fill out a record release form for them to fax over to her old doctor & they said it could take about a week & a half for them to come back. The ladies up front were VERY sweet & said that I could go ahead & set up her appointment for her shots & by then, the records should be back & I wouldn’t have anything to fill out since I did it in advance over the phone. So I did that & checked frequently to make sure she had records here.

Fast forward to 4 days before her appointment which was a Friday (Appointment was Tuesday) and I had been in contact making sure they had records to compare for her upcoming appointment & I was told “Oh, the record department leaves at noon on Friday” I reply “okay, well would you mind checking to make sure she has records on file for her appointment on Tuesday? I just got off the phone with her old doctor in GA & they said they had sent them over” the lady on the phone sighs & says “sure what’s the child’s information” so I give it to her. Then she says “okay yep! Looks like records were scanned in yesterday, have a good day” and hangs up on me.

So I went into her appointment thinking her records were scanned in, as the lady had previously said. Well, the doctor comes in & says “everything looks good! Shes measuring & weighing correctly for a 4 1/2 month old. But I don’t have anything to compare them against since there’s no records on file, so let the front desk girl know when you check out & she’ll get you our fax numbers so you can get them to us. But everything looks great”. I wasn’t really mad as much as I was disappointed & upset at the fact that a “professional” business had lied to me about my daughter’s records.

That being said, the nurse we had was so good with our daughter & giving the shots to her & wasn’t rushed like the doctor was! But as a first time mom, I just couldn’t get past the fact that I was lied to about something so important like my little girls’ medical records. Only giving 2 stars because of the nurse. Otherwise, it’d be 1! Great job to that nurse! I wish I had gotten her name. She was blonde!

This is the worst pediatric I have ever been into they refused my son medication all the options were not available and now my child probably won't sleep I would not ever wish this upon any parent to have a doctor refuse care to somebody
