I would have gave 5 stars I've been bringing my kids here for over a decade literally .. me and my kids love the doctors but the past few times we've came In there's been reciponist issues the new front desk staff is not well trained and very problematic and can be lil rude the last time I went there my 2 year old was sick we waited in the lobby well over a hour after checking in online and at the front desk then told us we couldn't see the doctor cause it was past our appointment time ....that we was on time for ....again we been in the lobby over a hour waiting to be seen ...again the doctors are great but after this visit I'll be finding a new place to take my four kids as this was a waisted day and trip with a sick baby we kept our appointment and was on time and they let us down ,when my sick baby needed them I'm very disappointed.
The front desk staff needs to be trained properly and instructed on how to do there job !!
