I felt the staff were very efficient and got me the care I needed. I appreciated that they gave clear instructions. My total time there was about 2 hours, but I was there during the morning rush and long waits are to be expected with a walk-in clinic.
Overall, I felt well cared for and happy with my visit.

Absolutely astonished over how I was treated here today. Woke up with the worst ear pain ever. I’ve previously had ear infections before and I knew for a fact this was one. The whole time, Dr. Leigh Collins-Vasquez was downplaying my symptoms and diagnosed me with “allergies” and prescribed me Zyrtec. I looked back on my chart and looked for the symptoms that I mentioned I had. Instead I saw a note that said I wasn’t having any of these symptoms and rated my ear pain as “mild”. Completely disregarded me when I asked for her to check my ear again. I’m sorry but having hearing loss, 10/10 pain, and a swollen eardrum Is not “allergies”. Spent 3 hours here, only to be dismissed. Went to the ER right after for another 3 hours. Dr. There was shocked that it wasn’t caught because it ended up being without a doubt a severe ear infection. One of the easiest things to diagnose.

I had an awful experience here. The coordinators at the front were very polite even though they had trouble verifying my insurance they were patient and able to get it verified in the end which I appreciate. My horrible experience was with the doctor himself. I am not the best with making myself see a clinician when I’m sick unless I am really sick and it’s causing pain because of my anxiety. I could barely talk or swallow the pain was so unbearable which I made clear to the clinician. However he asked me twice about my “joint pains” which I never mentioned once. I spent 2 hours there and walked out with my after care instructions being to drink hot tea with honey. I left prompt care in tears because of my pain and I felt like I was getting treated like nothing. A few days later my symptoms worsened and I went to another clinician at another office and I had a sinus infection that carried over to my ear and eyes and I was in a lot of pain. Thankfully that clinician helped me right away or else I would’ve been worse. Not to mention the second bill I got from Enloe was absurd especially given the fact that the doctor couldn’t even bother to not confuse his patients symptoms twice. I do not plan on ever returning here and would recommend everyone to steer away if you want to actually be treated like you matter.

I came here to get my second-degree hand burn treated. Dr. Craig was both humorous and personable, making the experience more enjoyable. However, the downside was the long wait time. I spent a total of two hours in the clinic, and only 15 minutes of that were actually spent communicating and being treated by the doctor. The bill came out to be around $350.

They misdiagnosed my 4 month old son causing us to not find out reality of his sickness until much later and as he was limp and nonresponsive. He got flown to uc Davis bc his simple cold turned into an infection. Which they would’ve and should’ve caught if they gave him the proper time and consideration. Yet they failed to do that resulting in my son being in the icu. Enloe prompt care gave him a Covid, rsv, flu test it came back negative and sent him home. Told me he just had a cold and he would get better on his own with doing a nebulizer every 6 hours as need we did that and just to find out he was getting worse everytime we used it. In our heads we were doing the right thing bc that doctor said to. I will definitely tell the world about how YOU didn’t give my sweet boy the attention he needed. I did what I needed to do as a mother, you were supposed to do what you needed to do as a doctors office and YOU failed.

I took my baby in due to a rash all over her body. I was expecting to wait for a long time but I was in and out in less than an hour. Front desk was great and even got my sick baby to smile and laugh (unfortunately I didn't get her name). I was called back by Rebecca and she was very attentive with my baby's needs and went above and beyond with making my baby comfortable. The PA (believe his name was clay) that saw my baby was also great and took his time to thoroughly examine my baby and explain what she had.

I went to Enloe Prompt Care back in December of 2023 because I had fallen and possibly broke my foot. I usually don’t write reviews but I wanted to because my experience was great so I wanted to share. Everyone in the front office was very kind. I was offered a wheelchair and the wait was not long for a prompt care at all, (I know there will always be a wait when going to a walk in clinic as they triage patients, and my time waiting was totally fine and expected). The nurses that took me back were very nice and the dr I saw-sadly I cannot remember her name- was so sweet and patient with me. I never felt rushed. I have a neurological disease that was adding to my symptoms and she knew what it was and was wanting to help alleviate any of my discomfort. The X-ray tech was also great and of course my foot was broken 🙁 so it had to be splinted and then I was given crutches and showed how to use-which I wasn’t very good at-(hence why I fell to begin with/balancing issues) lol, so they put me in a wheelchair to get me to my friend’s car instead. Everyone was very patient and kind and communicated with me very well. They had me set up for the ortho office to contact me -all was taken care of. I usually do not have great experiences at drs offices so to have this be how my visit was was pretty amazing. Just wish I hadn’t broke my foot to begin with lol but so glad that I didn’t have to deal with a crappy dr visit on top of a broken foot! I hope this is passed onto the staff since so often, (I worked in medical field), we hear the complaints, (legitimate or not), and don’t often get any compliments (even if deserved)-so thank you for making my visit a nice one :).

Complete joke and a waste of time. I went in for my right knee that gave out on me and have been in excruciating pain since. My whole knee is throbbing and the pain is radiating down my leg into my toes. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, but the PA spent about 5 minutes with me and just said “everything seems to be okay just go home and sit on it.” I explained everything is not fine and that the pain is unbearable, pain pills aren’t even helping and don’t touch the pain to which he replied “hmmm that’s weird” and left the room. Zero help what so ever and the only option given to me was to wait until Monday to try and get ahold of my primary care Dr.
