I wish that I could say I've ever had a positive experience at any Enloe provider but I still haven't. We've been to this office to follow up on orthopedics three separate times, every time we arrive 10 minutes early, and every time we sit in a room for an hour before being seen. The providers and staff are nice, but time management doesn't exist in this office. We sit for an hour, we're seen for 5 minutes, they request xrays again, we sit for another hour so the PA can spend 3 minutes telling us everything is ok. If you have to be seen here, expect a "brief" followup appointment to take anywhere from 1-3 hours.

They put my 88 year old mother who has a broken hip in a room sitting in a wheelchair. Her leg and back is hurting and she needs to use a restroom.
It has been an hour and not one person has checked on her. At 40 minutes I asked for help. Still no one!

I broke tibia and fibula and was air lifted too enloe. They did surgery the following day as not enough surgeons were available. I never saw the surgeon that operated on me. And in the follow up appointments always saw a different person. Always a physician assistant never a real doctor. I’ve been having nothing but complications and finally got a second opinion doctor through work comp which is a chore. Enloe messed up my leg and I have no feeling in my foot. I’ll see how it goes but n next few months but I expect too see them in court someday if it isn’t better. Worst experience ever in a doctor office.

Doctor Lam is amazing he's the kind of doctor you can tell really cares about people! The staff was great as well!! Thank you to everyone who helped me and the nail in my wrist part ways! 🙏

Wow these people the nurses are truly amazing so kind and helped me with watching my kids which I had to bring My kids because school is out today and the nurses were so absolutely kind and helped me watch them. I really appreciate these people. The doctor in pa were also very nice thank you very much for helping us I hope you guys have the best day

I got an appointment in 1 day for a broken fibula today. EVERY member of the staff was exceedingly nice and helpful to me. These people were professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to make my bad experience better. The receptionist helpful, the x-ray tech nice and efficient, the doctor and cast guy were fats and very understanding. I can't believe how nice they were, just a great office all around.

Sometimes follow up appointments take over 2 hours to be seen. Waiting and waiting. Our worst experience was a 3 hour total appointment time. This place needs more help or to stop scheduling patients every 5 minutes so crowded don’t back up in the waiting room. The staff is friendly, but this office runs super slowwwwwww!
