Recently was an employee of engagemed for 1 year. After a year of being employed there, I later learned that engagemed keeps a journal entry on all employees.Sep 17,2024 I gained access to my journals from HR. After having a meeting with HR, supervisors & director it was said that supervisors have never have access to journals entries to their employees. HR then gets quit because she was unaware & had released my journals to me! Once I read through my complaints nothing added up!! I had been working with the same providers floating for over a year as a MA. Journal entries were created by heather bryd stating multiple lies regarding my performance and making me aware of any concerns. Instead she continued to have me work in multiple providers clinic with no further training. As she states performance was an issue! If performance was as issue there would be record of ongoing training correct? She also gave my position to another employee (white) without making me aware that she had done so. I had multiple verbal conversations with heather byrd regarding bullying, unfair treatment, threats being made in the workplace and she reported absolutely nothing!!! After a year it came time to get the second half on my sign on bonus and the excuse the company gave was my performance 🤣 I didn’t know bad performance workers make it 1 year but 👌🏾 I demanded answers and advocated for myself and management hated that! As a result I was fired do to retaliation but instead they tried to make it look like I had raised my voice at another employee and the got false statements to back this person up. This situation happened once before also. Before I wasn’t fired, neither was my complaint reported only statements from heather byrd (white) friend and another worker. Why was my statement not reported? Also another complaint she took against me was from 2 white employees never once coming to me about any statement or asking for my statement to back me up. Never once cared to document my complaints. My bonus, raise & additional bonus with the company was refused. I have statements from old employees to backup everything I’m saying and have my own evidence as well. Please avoid Little Rock Diagnostic as a place of choice when working for engagemed. I filed a complaint with EEOC Sep 27, 2024 & was fired Oct 10, 2024 🤣 I’m so happy I got away from that place. Poor management & they all stick together it’s sad!! No one advocates for the workers, your just a body.

It took three tries calling them before I was able to speak to a customer service representative without the call being dropped on their end.

More importantly, they are attempting to charge patients for COVID vaccines! No one in the US should be paying out of pocket for them, yet I am working through multiple claims for vaccination. The customer service rep I spoke to did not seem to understand why I was telling her this - either the reps aren’t being trained on this issue, or the company is trying to get patients to pay.

I don't think their customer service reps receive proper training. Rude, unprofessional and have no idea what they are talking about, so they just make things up on the spot. Will be changing my doctor so I don't have to deal with Engagemed anything.
