The best rehab I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in many. Nurses that were the best:Alice,Beena,Viviana, and Susan room 111. Techs:Olivia, and Ricky. Jodalys. dialysis,OT’s Jennifer and Annie. Rebecca, respiratory Many PT’s but one stands out; Rebecca Q. We hit it off from the beginning. She pushed me to do things I never thought I could. Rebecca was kind,but firm. I never thought I could fly! She always had a smile as she pushed and pushed. I left there still in a wheelchair but I sm strong and could walk into my home. I was able to get in and out of my pool without help! That was my goal and Rebecca made sure I left with skills I needed to function in my home. She was exceptionally in what it takes to be a perfect PT. I was so lucky to have her and of course the other PT’S. As I said I’ve been in many Rehab facilities in my lifetime and Encompass has been the best. I impressed with the whole team. Just little things;example I was in dialysis and the gal was pushing my bed out and another employee just grabbed the other end of bed and helped pull the bed out into hallway and asked what room and helped to take me back to 111. Employee’s seem to work so well together, I was impressed. I’ll never go to another rehab. ENCOMPASS forever. I didn’t want to go home. And the kitchen and staff, they were so kind and worked with me and my liquid diet. Thank you for such needed care. Patricia Dick room 111.

This Encompass facility was an excellent place to go after being released from back surgery. The facility is new with the state-of-the-art physical therapy and healthcare equipment. All of the staff are amazing and go out of their way to make sure that your recovery is their top priority. From the time you first arrive, you are introduced to a majority of the caregivers who will attending to your recovery. I had been admitted after back surgery and pain that was not under control. The doctors on staff worked to arrive at a regime that allowed me to participate in Physical and Occupational therapy. The therapists were outstanding beyond belief. They were well trained and were determined to help me be successful in regaining my mobility and ability to function at home. In between therapy sessions, my nurses and techs were always just moments from attending to my needs. To top everything off, the meals that I was served were also amazing.
I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing high quality rehabilitation care.

Going to Encompass for rehab is the best decision we have made in a while. From the doctors and nurses to the respiratory techs, PT, OT techs. They were all very responsive to my needs, cared about my health and got me back on my feet to go home. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay there as comfortable as I could be but still get the work in while in rehab. I can't say enough good about them. Great place, good caring staff and good food on top of it all. I highly recommend Encompass!

This facility offers great therapy, physical, occupational and speech to name a few. After a week in hospital my husband was weak and run downed and required intense therapy to help regain strength. The facility has a great staff to patient ratio, clean modern surroundings and they allowed me to stay with him. But the premier group was the Pharmacy, Barbara in particular. She went above and beyond expectations to assist us in assuring that insulin requirements would be met and not create a negative experience. She monitored sugar levels and was a constant advocate in being sure we were comfortable with diabetes care. Most facilities simply function with the premise that “it is their protocol”, often to the detriment of the patient. This Pharmacy operates in a manner that respects the patients needs and is attentive to detail. A breath of fresh air.

The therapists I give AAA rating. A couple of them are extremely knowledgeable and exceptional in their work ethic. Prepare to do the work if you want to get better.

I would recommend Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital with a 5 star rating across the board from Doctors, Nurses, PT, OT, Tech people. I really do think everyone who works there are the greatest. If I need PT AND OT again that they will have a bed for me .They really take care of their patients.

I was admitted to Encompass after having to go to the hospital. My experience was very grateful, better than Solaris. The PT Michelle and the OT Allison worked with me to get me ready to go home. Giving the 4 instruments needed for home activities, (the reacher, the garment tool, the butt buddy, and the sock helper). I wish I had more time there. Michelle was encouraging and helped me place my foot down. Allison helped with the bathroom, and was generous with her time. My experience at Encompass was great. The food was good, there's snacks if needed, and the aid comes quickly (except for Bianca - never see her all day). Solaris was good with activities, but I was always waiting for the aid and it sometimes I had to wait with OT and PT to go to the Therapy gym. NOT with Encompass, I was taken to the gym, and the nurse would find me there when I was away from my room instead of waiting to until I returned to give pain medicine. I wished that Encompass was closer. No one visited me once I went to Encompass facility.

When you feel that your world has just fallen apart due to an illness or an accident as I had. Encompass rehab picked up all the pieces and helped me recover, gain strength and helped me get some of my independence back. I entered Encompass rehab one way (desperate for help) and left there loving everyone who was involved in my stay - team work from all the nurses, PT therapist, OT therapist, kitchen staff and daily cleaners. I would highly recommend encompass rehab to anybody who is going through a difficult time in their life. ❤️
