Unfortunately I wouldn’t put any stars if I could, and I hate to have to do a review on something like this with me Being in the field for so long and I’ve witnessed ALOT, but my brother is disabled and has had them almost 2 months it’s very rare if staff comes on time, it’s rare if they stay till the full time they’re supposed to be, were lucky to have staff come at all. it’s always a juggling act with this agency. There’s always miscommunication And excuses. I hear different stories from the top dog all the way down to the aides. I will say we had one great aide out of the whole experience but I feel like you shouldn’t take on clients if you don’t have the staff and you know you cannot meet the needs of the client. Also only got a week and a half notice to find another agency because they decided to pull out as being his provider. And that’s fine but that’s very unprofessional! Unfortunately I will NEVER recommend this care agency to anyone. hopefully soon or down the road they can get their stuff together as a company and be great, because right now it’s very unprofessional and sloppy!

Been with them 7 months and they have done absolutely nothing. All they do is sit and talk about what they can do which is nothing. I have spent months requesting service and got zero in return. I needed to go to a few stores because I have no car they refuse to help. All talk no action. I have had 5 case managers in 7 months. NOT GOOD.

Understaffed and overworked. The turnover is ridiculous. How can you provide consistent services, when the agency is so inconsistent itself?
