I went in on May 3, 2024 and it is May 17, 2024 and I still have not been paid. They refuse to provide me a functional payment Visa card and I will continue to complain. They are very unprofessional and this is very disappointing..

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolute fraudulent company that cares more about deepening their own pockets instead of following protocol. Patients are at major risk coming here. Avoid them as a client and especially as an employee.

They had me sign the paperwork to be in a study, told me I was in the study, set multiple appointments and cancelled all of them at the last minute, then told me the study was full. The first time they cancelled my appointment, Omar had me wait 30 minutes after driving out there, then told me the lab tech had a family emergency and they were not able to administer the vaccine, so they would be reimbursing me $50 for my gas and time. He said I would receive it by last Friday and I haven't received anything. They scheduled 2 more appts with me after that, and cancelled both at the last minute. They tend to lie. Not just to participants, but about other things too. I may write more later.
